Great hole-in-the-wall mom and pop eatery. I had the (Ribeye Special) it was huge 14-16 Oz. All homemade made from scratch food. The sides are homemade, and all are delicious. It was amazing. They have an all-you-can-eat salad bar and catfish. I would recommend to anyone going through Seymour, stop in, and grub. Don't forget the desert.
We were riding our motorcycles back from Santa Fe to Texas and stopped at Copeland's. It was a casual place. The service was great! My husband had chopped steak, real steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, and broccoli. He said it was amazing. I had the steak fingers, makes potatoes and gravy, and broccoli with the salad bar. It was really, really delicious! Definitely will be back when we go through the town again. Highly recommend.
