There are two chains that make a better chocolate shake than all the rest: DQ and Chick-Fil-A. The shakes we got at the Seymour DQ were great: not too thick, and not too thin.

Don't eat here. We ordered ice cream cones and a Blizzard. Easy, right? No! Of the four people wearing DQ uniforms and behind the counter, only one person was actually working. And he was barely working. The ice cream orders of two groups that placed orders after us were filled before ours. When we finally received our ice cream (only because we asked about it), it was not what we had ordered. Do not stop here.

This place is horrible... I sat at the drive through Sigh forever, waiting for someone to answer me. Gave up and went to the window and they acted like it was an inconvenience because I wanted some food

Asked for the new cookie dipped cone and they claimed it was all frozen and were not able to serve me any of it. Blamed management saying they were forced to take the dip out for something else. Don’t offer a new product if you’re not going to serve it.

THEY ARE PETTY IF YOU ASK TO FIX YOUR ORDER THEY WILL MESS IT UP ON PURPOSE!! THEY DONT USE GLOVES AND TOUCH FOOD WITH THEIR BARE HANDS! They messed up my order then when I asked to get it fixed they DROWNED my tacos in sauce because I asked for the sauce that's supposed to come on the tacos plus they don't have refill on their drinks and rather than fixing my order they would rather just let me stand there and look stupid while they ignore me not to mention they took forever to get the food out

We were visiting from Oklahoma we love DQ but this restaurant was bad! We stopped to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat, the restrooms were not clean, wife said the women's restroom didn't have any tp, we ordered they got the wife's order wrong when I received my food the fries were cold wife asked if we could get some fresh fries when we finally got fries there was so much salt on them we couldn't eat them. Stay away from this DQ trust me!! Bad bad experience!! If I could give them 0 starts I would!!

Wonderful experience. Stopped through on our way to Lubbock, and the drive-thru clerk was exceptional. Wish I knew her name. The food (tacos & chicken strips) were great.
Waited 25 minutes in a line they couldn’t manage to get substandard food. It was not a good experience.

I haven't had Dairy Queen in quite a while so I decided to give it a try tonight and was very glad I did. The food and service were amazing. What stood out the most to me was the young lady working the front alone was super friendly and she stayed busy the entire time I was waiting on my order, even though they weren't busy she stayed busy cleaning and looking for something to do which is a rare thing in the workplace anymore 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
