“Best doughnuts in Lubbock. The service is great. They are very busy in the morning so you may not always get a chatty employee but how could they be any better. I noticed lots of people complaining about friendly hell they are nice. They do a good job. If you want some to suck up to you just leave. But if you want great food. “Been going here for nearly 20 years. This place has the best donuts I have ever had in my entire life. If it were twice as expensive I would pay it. Owner is amazing. If you call and place a specific order, she’ll make it fresh, and have it ready in less than 10 minutes every time. Great staff, great atmosphere I wish I could give it 6/5“

“We order jumbo kolaches and a dozen donuts, and we always enjoy our breakfast. Highly recommend.. ohh, and if you are an ice lover like me.. I highly recommend a cup of ice best best ice ever... ❤️😊

“The young man, I just encountered at the Drive-through takeout window was the kindest sweetest boy I’ve ever had at a Jack and Jill. Everyone’s been very sweet, but he always has a smile on his face and seems like a very kind hard Hard worker.
