“Stopped here for lunch during my cross-country road trip and it was exactly what you hope a good Punjabi dhaba will be—yummy, home-cooked food with no unnecessary frills. Everything tasted fresh and comforting, like a proper homemade meal.

The owner and staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the stop even better. The place was also clean and well kept.

It’s a great spot for families. If you’re passing through and want simple, delicious Punjabi food with friendly service, I’d definitely recommend this dhaba.”

“This was a cool stop. Go at a time when the town isn't closed. We missed a lot due to the 4th of July closings but you can see this attractive lion any time. Plenty of parking and cool history.”

“The burritos are so fresh and delicious. She loves the breakfast burritos and I really enjoy the green chili pork and add beans and cheese. I give the food 5 stars but the fact that they are extremely unreliable as to when they’re opened is so frustrating. Highly recommend but don’t get your hopes up!”

“What a well run and clean little store with excellent product variety and a Subway restaurant. The young man who made our sandwiches was so polite and took pride in his job there. There was a steady flow of customers while we were there and he was friendly and kind to each one. For a small town, this place has a lot to offer!”
