Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY, sometimes I go and it’s alright but sometimes I go and I see this por woman get bashed by her coworkers, idk if they are managers or what but that poor girl doesn’t deserve to be treated with disrespect, she’s always there closing late she’s always nice to me, idk if you guys have a Carlos working but other than bad words being yelled at her that name comes up a lot rethink your management, it’s a restaurant not a courtyard. I wanna go and eat not be at a circus ?

Called in my order and went to the drive-through. I couldn’t see anyone behind the front counter’s or in the back it took them 10 minutes for someone to show up. I ordered a sandwich with no mayo, extra pickle and a unsweet tea sandwich had mayonnaise. There was no pickles at all. And the tea was so old it was undrinkable. And I will include a picture I would like my money back for the tea.

I haven't been to a McAlister's in a minute, just because they closed the one near me. The cashier was friendly and polite. I ordered the McAlister's club and switched out the chips for broccoli and cheese soup. My meal arrived quickly and was hot. The portions were sufficient and comparable to the price. The place was pretty active with customers coming and going, so that is always a good sign. They have good Arnold Palmers, so that is a plus. The restaurant was clean and the tables bussed in a reasonable time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I wouldn't mind having lunch here again.

Our first experience here was takeout. I ordered a salad with a chicken salad on top, and my husband had a spicy turkey melt. He enjoyed his food, but I was really not impressed with mine. Basic salad, nothing fancy. The chicken salad was good though. Then we went to dine-in a few days later. My husband got a memphian sandwich this time and I ordered a BLT. My BLT was super salad. It was barely an inch tall including the bread and only had the cheese I asked for on half. I ordered mac and cheese on the side and it came out room temperature.

Went by the pick up window and ordered tea was driving slowly from the window bc my passenger had their tea open to put sweetener and the manager Maya, or so she claims when I called the store to speak to one, could be heard saying “Get out of my drive thru” from the window. WOW! Maya could be a little more respectful and not so RUDE!!! The store wasn’t busy and there wasn’t anyone behind us. We love the tea and it would be a shame to not return because of disrespectful staff!

What a wonderful find. The food was really good. I got the four cheese sandwich and a regular spud on the choose two menu. Great deal and really good food. The sweet tea was perfect, and I went back and got a brownie/cookie. All very delicious.

STORE MANAGER PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Every Sunday we come here. This will be our last. The person lady in back making the sandwiches is not to be mean but as slow as a Sloth. I feel sorry for the guy cashier running back and forth from drive thru to front to back to get the food. He was fit and quick. Two workers isn't cutting it. Saw so many people leave while standing in line.There was one worker sitting the whole time. Not sure if he was on lunch or waiting to clock in. We were there 2 hrs and for those two hrs he was sitting there.

I placed an order online for 2 sandwiches at 12:32PM and it was not ready until 1:11PM. When I arrived at about 12:43, I was told by an employee that my order would be ready in less than 10 minutes, which I had no issue with since I had just placed it at 12:32. But waiting until 1:11 as I watched multiple other orders go out, some appearing to have ordered after me is completely unacceptable. No customer recovery was conducted despite them knowing how long the order took.

I love the chicken salad sandwich from McAlister's. I order it every time. My spouse alternates and has always liked what he orders. Today must have been "a day" for whoever was making food or they really hate the job, because it was a mess, and not in a good way. The filling was limited to put it nicely, and the breads were barely there either. The potato salad portion wasn't worth calling it a portion. All in all - a really bad day to eat here.
