Merit Coffee Co. is a San Antonio based roaster with multiple locations. The staff is great, friendly, and always top notch. Coffee quality is excellent, with the best cappuccino and a strawberry matcha that is a staple. Drinks and pastries are good, but some find the coffee okay and a bit expensive. The atmosphere is great; the inside is bright and well-lit with plenty of plants and seating options, plus lots of outdoor seating. Some note the interior has a cold, black and white corporate minimalism. Overall, it is a favorite coffee spot, and the service makes it worth going again.
