We were in town from Dallas area and were recommended Babins. We are so glad we took that recommendation! Wow!!! Best food we’ve had in a LONG time! Husband had stuffed catfish, I had chicken and sausage gumbo, and of course beignets. Kory took amazing care of us and we are in town for one more night and decided to go back again tonight! If you’re deciding where to go to eat, give Babins a try and ask for Kory! Best service and food we’ve had in a long time!

The food is averagely seasoned, but the ingredients are very fresh, and the sweetness of the seafood is not cooked out, which is a pity!

The portion is not too big and I think it’s just right. I think it’s a waste of fresh seafood to be fried in flour because the flour is too thick.

I ordered a Caesar salad as a side dish, but I was quite disappointed. The sweetness of the green vegetables did not appear!

My server Vanessa was an absolute God send when helping me navigate the menu and order what was best for me. Food was delicious, absolute Amazing staff and there isn't a seafood establishment I would recommend more for their friendly service and wonderful enthusiasm. Absolutely cannot wait to be back!
