Worst customer service ! Went last week to reserve a party and they booked my event, just said they need manager approval to set the time so would call me next day to check for the party time. it has been a week and we call them and they just took our spot withou any notification because they must honor to a different customer and gave the option to move my party to the outside tables or move my party day, that came from the MANAGER!!! basically was like well, I wasn't here last...read full review
On August 11, 2026. I attended a birthday party for my grandson at Main Event and I would just like everyone to know that Katelyn Wedemeyer Was our hostess and she did an excellent job. We’ve had several parties there over the years and she is by far the best hostess we have ever had. He was very kind and professional.
