Had not been to JAX in a while since the one near me closed. Overall, the meal was good, but I was disappointed in the burger patty. I remember the texture of them being handmade and juicy. My wife and I agreed that what we got were dense and had a chewy consistency. I hope they go back to the handmade patties. The sides were fantastic and hit the spot.

Stopped in at JAX for lunch and it was awesome! The burgers were juicy and packed with flavor and the fries came out hot and crispy. Great food, friendly vibes, and the perfect spot to grab a bite while out exploring local favorites. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the last trip I made there I ordered an Oreo shake. One of the staff members was seen eating, with her gingers, out of the OREO canister, holding the Oreos. I let the lady know that I saw what she was doing and she said that it was OK because that was for the employees, but unfortunately, she was sitting at the front register where they make the shakes and everyone could see what she was doing.. I did reach out to the company...
