Placed large order for pick up during busy Sunday morning. Staff was very friendly, offered me a drink during my wait and they got the order right.

Love this location and the staff. Hate the new cream cheese. It’s horrible. No taste. Not dense. It can’t be real cream cheese and if it is it just be very very cheap. I’ve had vegan cream cheese that has more density and flavor. Horrible horrible horrible. I am curious if anyone else agrees. I emailed corporate and was politely told that I am only one person and they have no intention of changing the cream cheese to something different. I think they’d stop selling bagels...read full review
