Worst customer service ! Went last week to reserve a party and they booked my event, just said they need manager approval to set the time so would call me next day to check for the party time. it has been a week and we call them and they just took our spot withou any notification because they must honor to a different customer and gave the option to move my party to the outside tables or move my party day, that came from the MANAGER!!! basically was like well, I wasn't here last...read full review
I wouldn’t recommend main event, I came to this location after giving my kids some hard news about my health. As me and my wife we eating in the bar area notice a group of adults started to harass my kids 14 & 15 by racking the balls that where left at the table why we where eating. We let them know and this was the first altercation. Lacey from the bar tried to help. Soon after this we had another problem this group of (over served adults at 7 pm)wouldn’t leave my kids alone....read full review
