Pretty disappointed in our experience today. This restaurant had good reviews so we chose it for it's convenient location, right off 45. The service was great and their holiday drink was very cute but the food was absolutely terrible! My steak tasted as if it had been cooked Thursday or Friday and reheated today (Sunday). I couldn't even eat half of it. My macaroni and cheese was cold and the only thing somewhat palatable was my asparagus. We will most definitely NOT be back and I do not recommend this establishment unless maybe for a holiday drink or two. Was certainly not work the 75 dollars we spent.

As a vegetarian I knew a steak house would be iffy but that’s what my out of town guests wanted and most places can at least drum up a veggie burger or a decent salad. It’s really not that hard. The server - after telling me snarkily when I asked if they had a veggie burger that “this is steak house” - then served me a sad side salad that was 90% dressing and 10%wilted lettuce. Never offered to get me a new one, just watched it sit there. He then helpfully advised me to “next time get the dressing on the side”. The food wasn’t his fault. The sarcasm and lack of good service was. I tipped him 20% anyway, maybe he can buy some kindness.

This was my first time at Outback and OMG it was perfect. Daniel S. is an amazing server. He was so hospitable and catered very well to my table. He recommended an amazing steak and my friend loved it. Daniel kept checking on us & genuinely made our night that much better. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! Daniel was the best server we've ever had at any Outback location. I highly reccommend you request him. He was attentive but not annoying, and he didn't rush to get us out of the restaurant. He was also super friendly and gave great suggestions!! I come to this location often, but he blew my husband and I out of the water with this excellent service. The food was great too! Everything cooked perfectly, and served hot and efficiently.

Me and my family went to Outback Steakhouse for my son’s 11th birthday! We go every year. This year we came to the Shenandoah location, first when we got there no one would refill our drinks, then out of no where a lot of people came and kept asking for our drinks then we each had 3 drinks at the table. A table of 6. Then the lady comes to take our order and she tells my son happy birthday I’m gonna get the crew and we will come and sing happy birthday! Well time goes by we eat, we finish up, after not having any drinks then going to 3 each, I asked for a bag I didn’t get the bag, I asked for steak sauce someone else had to bring it, and we went for the ultimate experience that we always get and nothing. Well my son leaves kind of upset he’s telling me no one sang happy birthday to him. So my husband tells the manager I am guessing? Well he said it’s been a busy night. Well while it may have been one, while we were there there wasn’t a lot of tables at all and there was parking spaces everywhere. I also brought a cake I am thinking she will bring it out with the people and no, she brings the cake and says do you want candles? So we can be awkward in there singing by ourselves to our son even though that’s the only reason my son wanted to go there. $125 spent there and I wasn’t impressed at all. This definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and I honestly don’t know if we will be back even though we have been coming here for a long time. My sons upset.
I JUST WANT TO EDIT THIS and give a shout of to cash, Courtney, and Francine (if that’s how you spell it) they completely turned my experience around and gave my son the best birthday song and cake and dinner around town! He has truly talked about it the whole ride home and we are just so thankful to be able to have experienced the most uplifting service ! Entering the restaurant, the host was very friendly and informative, and quickly got us seated. Our waiter came shortly after to take our drinks orders and appetizer orders. The blooming onion is a definite go-to appetizer. It is flavorful, crunchy, and enough to share with many. We got the salads to our main entrees quickly and then the entrees came. I got a combo of steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked exactly how we wanted it (baded on preference) and was flavorful. The meat was also easy to cut into. The shrimp apart of the dish were very well seasoned and a decent size for the plate. The mashed potatoes had a great flavor (side1) and the asparagus (side 2) was not wilted or soft. It was a perfect side for the steak. Additional sides for our table included the baked potato and house salads. Both were great portions. The potato was not rough and complemented the steaks. The service was also quick and efficient. Our server ( i believe his name was Chris. Deep voice, Latinx), was amazing and on top of things.

On Tuesday, October 15, 2024, we stopped into Outback and received the best service. From the time we walked in the door, everyone was super friendly. We requested the best waiter in the restaurant and were told that everyone was the best. We were seated and were told Danial would be assisting us. Within 2 minutes Danial came over to our table. That was the fastest service I have ever received from Outback. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. He took our drink order and made one of the best recommendations for lemonade. It was soooooo delicious. He came by the table every few minutes to check to see if we were ready to place our food orders. Danial made sure our food came out hot. Once we received our food, he checked in on us twice which was perfect for us. After the meal, Danial made sure our food was packed up and continued his kindness. That dinner out was the perfect experience thanks to Danial.

She was attentive without being overbearing, quick with suggestions, and made sure every part of my meal was perfect. Her professionalism, along with her personable and upbeat energy, turned a routine meal into a fantastic experience. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers.
