“I go to the Leslie's on Kuykendahl most Friday nights (when the roads aren't iced over). I have never had a complaint. I love the smoke-free indoor atmosphere. I go most Fridays for karaoke. “My husband and I stopped in as we are new to the area and it’s close to home. I loved the hometown bar feel. We got a hamburger, onion rings and a grilled cheese - all were good. Plenty of room for our large party, ample inside and outside seating, enough big screen TVs for everyone to have a good view of whatever sporting event may be playing. Friendly staff, great bar food, and laid back atmosphere.“

“There's the lunch menu, the secret menu, and the super dooper top secret classified menu. I'm risking my privileges writing this, but I can keep the secret no longer. The items have misleading names. The "dino nuggies", my god. All the servers and patrons went silent when they brought the tray out. Just ask for the Dino Nuggies. If they act like they don't know what you are talking about... you're on the right path. Dino Nuggies please. Don't take no for an answer. If they insist you have lost your mind... you're almost home. Just slip the server a $20 with a wink and whisper, ever so gently, "dino.... nuggies... por favor". The flavor, the smell, almost too.. wait. Wait that's Wendy's. Wendy's has the... Oh ok, this is The Draft 1488, oh ok, well you're in luck, the food is way better here, plus it's a bar!“

“New nice spot in Creekside. Inside looks nice and food is good. Would not recommend the Red Beans and Rice. Very bland. Rice seems like instant rice and beans close to refried beans from a can. Business is new but the servers need a bit more knowledge of the menu. We knew more of the menu from social media but looking for the personal interaction. Main issue was the $6 each charge for a single scoop of Connie's Custard when Connie's charges $4.57 for a Jumbo. Suggestion would be to add a mini scoop option for the kiddos at a much more resonable price and/or include with the kids meal. Will visit again and hopefully staff can speak more of the menu, specials, or options for substitution. Just giving an honest review as yall are new.“

“3rd time in a row they messed up my “To Go” order. I place a $150 order and a 3rd of it was missing. Then, when I called the 18yo mgr, he gave me $15 back. I was shorted $35 of food and more importantly, didn’t get to eat! Apparently they feel like they have enough customers and can afford to lose some. Congrats, you just did.

Update. I have updated my review to a 4* because of your response. It took quick, decisive action and modified a process that needed improvement. I can’t give you a five since I had this issue several times. And I will not be calling Chris. It wasn’t about the money, that was just the icing on the cake. Thank you!“

“The crawfish are a bit small but very well seasoned. Typically, crawfish is served with potatoes, corn, sausage, and occasionally mushrooms. This place charges extra for those, but the crazy part is that it's for each piece. Overall, this place has pretty good vibes as well as some really tasty food and a nice selection of drinks.“

Our table had a few issues with food coming out and the manager/owner? came over and addressed the situation and took care of the ladies that had issues. He was very nice and accommodating. My hubby had an issue with the wings being undercooked and the owner once again went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. The night was great. I personally had the fried mushrooms, wings and crawfish. Everything I had was good and hot. We will definitely be back.“
