Set an appointment more than 30 days before I was scheduled to come in. The day before the appointment, Memorial Hermann canceled saying they’re booked until October/November and wasn’t taking any more appointments before then. Why was I allowed to book my appointment 30 days in advanced but get cancelled the day before? Why wasn’t I notified about this way before my scheduled day? This was planned around a specific time because it was needed. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED of Memorial Hermann and Provider TAMETRA Johnson. Fix or Update your systems because there’s no way I shouldn’t have been notified sooner to make other arrangements. Do Better!!
Be ready to spend hours and hours and hours waiting to be served.
check in was fast! i have tricare. this is an actual medical hospital so they take u in im so grateful. nice people. give urself 2 hrs tops here,as far as time frame goes. I had test for strep throat.
Trying to find ANYTHING in The Woodlands (aka The Bubble) is a pain in the ass!!!
