You looked me up? For you to have been open so long but can remember every customer you’ve ever had, business must not be all that good. When I came, I was the only customer. When I drive by, the lot is always empty. My guess would be your attitude is more than likely why. That is if I’m responding to the person with the bad attitude and poor people skills. I’m not the first person to leave a 1 star review based on the staff’s behavior. There are quite a few and one even dating some years back. Childish is refusing to look in the mirror and work on how you treat people. There are consequences for treating customers poorly. When you own a business that’s listed on google, that consequence is a bad review. Word of mouth is how businesses flourish and fall apart. If you weren’t listed on google, word is still getting around. Good luck.

The owner is extremely rude. She has no grit and definitely no grace. You shouldn’t have to be a customer to get respect. EDIT TO ADD: parking??? I use to support your business until a comment was made to me regarding my weight and for a nutrition shack owner…not cool gf.

This place is very rude and unprofessional. We were new to their store so we were asking questions about their flavors and mixes. With every question we asked the lady kept getting more and more aggravated with us. We ended up leaving without getting anything due to them being so rude and disrespectful. They even waited on the person behind us first. Every one of these places is different and we are customers that don’t know all the stuff they have so we were curious. Thanks for making us feel like our business wasn’t important.
