First let me say this, this is my second time there this week. The staff, the food, and the overall customer service was phenomenal. The food was made fresh to order each time I went. This has to be the best jack in the box I've ever been to by a landslide. I ordered a kids meal and tacos each time for a small lunch. Im definitely going back anytime I'm passing through that way. Thank yall for being very respectful and accommodating and also timely.
This place is ok because it’s near us. However a few things that I can not stand. A. Whoever designed the drive thru window to be so high must have forgotten that cars also exist in Texas. Also after paying they will always have you pull up to the thank you sign to park while you wait 5-10 minutes for your food. Lastly they charged me for a full meal just to tell me they only have can soda I mean, why would I pay for a middle meal just to get a single can, at least me 2. Don’t...
