We were going to the Sheppard Commissary but it wasn't open yet and only place we could find to have kunc in the area was ar the Base Exchange. Everything nearby was closed on Mondays.

This location has done great with getting my food to me always consistent and cared for.However, this Charley’s is one of two food places found at this location and it’s not terribly well staffed. There’s two ladies and a gentleman that I’ve seen on rotation and they can barely keep up with the wave after wave of people coming through there location.If you’re in a time crunch, this might not be your place to stop in, if you’ve got some time this Charley’s location will get you taken care of.

Absolutely shocking experience. I went to buy fries for my son. The lady asked me if I wanted fries. To which I answered yes and she proceeded to roll her eyes and then haphazardly threw fries on the fryer. After a few minutes she says they are ready. I was in a rush to get to the hotel and I gave my son the fries. They were cold. They were hardly fried. 4 dollars wasted by the careless action of this lazy woman. I had my reservations for this chain. This solidified my opinion of them. Steer as clear as you can from this restaurant if your looking for quality.

Sandwich was cold. For a 15 dollar sandwich at least be warm. And the meat was bland, I've been to better locations but this was wasn't it. Do not recommend

Charlie's subs is on the Air Force Base here. They have the best subs you can get in town. For a real treat try the Chicken Teriyaki sub. It will "knock your socks off" and pamper your tummy!?

Features: Need clearance to enter the Air Force Base location. However, it is DEFINITELY worth a try if you see one in your community.

Waited in line for 10 minutes. They made 2 orders in that time. There were about 6 people in front of me so I left. Just awful.

Terrible service, no desire from staff to make any part of the meal worth your time. It's bad enough they don't season meat while cooking, then they serve that bland food and give you attitude when you ask for sauce or sandwich toppings which are part of the $16 meal. Getting 3 packs of ketchup to an order of fries was like pulling teeth. Even better, waiting on fries and being told "why are you still standing here, yo sandwich is done." More Airmen need to speak up! I watched two others go through similar issues while ignoring the problem.

The lady who works the front is super sweet! Listen to her and get the "smack yo mama" lemonade
