Pizza Hut

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The service was painfully slow and understaffed. It took 20 minutes just for someone to take my order, and then over an hour for the food to be prepared. The place wasn’t even busy—it seemed like a case of poor management and lack of effort. I overheard a staff member mentioning they hadn’t even started my food 25 minutes after the order was placed. This level of service is unacceptable. I’m honestly not surprised they’re leaving base in January.

Every person at this Pizza Hut deserves a raise!! It was my boyfriend's birthday and he is training on base for his birthday. I wasn't able to be there so I called Pizza Hut and they delivered a brownie and a cookie and made my boyfriend's birthday a memorable one. This location went above and beyond and I can't thank the staff enough. Amazing customer service still exists and it is at this Pizza hut!!

Love this location. Lisa and Guy are the sweetest and always make the pizza to perfection. Definitely the best pizzahut location here.

The guy at the counter was incredibly rude and condescending. Even more disappointing that he was the store manager.

Dude on the phone needs to watch his tone with the customers. Will not be ordering from here again.

The guy that I spoke to was so rude whenever I called back to check on my order that was taking longer than estimated time. I understand if you are busy but you don’t have to take your frustration on the customers.

So glad the pretzel crust pepperoni is back.

3 times in 3 weeks placed a pick up order and after the app stated my order was ready for pick up, I arrive to pick up my order and the Pizza Hut staff state to me they have no idea what I am talking about. Today is 19 March 2023--I ordered 2 medium pizzas, I showed up to get them and the staff had no idea what I was talking about--(in spite of the app notifying me my pizza was ready for pickup).

Smells terrible in there. Sat down for 30 seconds and couldn’t handle it anymore.

Delivered pretty fast. Didn't have 2 liters so they gave me 3 20ozers. Other than that great service.
