Short staffed, Cajun fries were cold. Staff was friendly. Food was served quickly.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. I placed an online order 20 minutes prior, only to find out that they didn’t prepare it when it was ready for pickup. I was then told they weren’t making anymore wings with more than 30 minutes until closing time.

This location regularly undercooks their chicken. Two times, my chicken sandwich was pink and chewy.

Great service! The employee was kind and patient with me as I took a while to place my order. My order arrived hot, fresh, and correct.

Slow as hell and got the order wrong. Waited 35min with only 3 people ahead+ military discount blows the tax thing is a joke if it'd considered a discount.

Sheppard AFB is 2/2 on the terrible places to avoid scale. I ordered a multiple combo meal and got a small serving of fries instead of the 3 large that I ordered. They did charge us the full cost of the 3 large fries though. I don't know what it is. Are you guys not allowed to hire competent folks? Or is this actually the best and this is it? Now I have to drive back not eat any of my meal for them to correct this mistake. As a note to everyone who sees this. When in Sheppard AFB please do not trust the person taking your order or cooking it. Once you get your item now it's up to you to make sure they did the correct job they get paid to do.

Great place and great people. Shout out to the manager that let us in while they finished getting ready. They unlocked the door, gave us a cup to get a drink while we sat and waited. Keep doing what yall do!

I’ve been to this popeyes twice. The first time they closed in my face even though I was waiting in line for ten minutes. The second time I was waiting in like for 45 minutes and when I finally got to order they said they only had fries and regular chicken and said they weren’t making anything else because they’re closing. They have the worst customer service. Never coming back.
After waiting for 40 mins (no exaggeration) they “forgot” to make our food. Then the food was cold when we did get it. Then Taco Bell gave us 4 free Cinnabon’s cause they saw us waiting. One of the Taco Bell ladies even in the back to help Popeyes.
Look, you can wait in line for 20-30 minutes, pay for the food and 'maybe' enjoy the meal. Or you can make it to the DFAC, eat slowly, take your time, and get back to your dorm in a timely manner.Overall, they take longer, cost more, and are woefully out of all of their pies (All the time). The DFAC has just as good of food, has pies, and is just a better option in general, as you will still be waiting in line for at most 10-15 minutes either way.
Fix your hours, Not open till 10PM
The Popeye's on base is by far superior to the one-off base. If you have access it is the most logical place to eat of the two Popeyes.
