Always a treat when I come visit! Ms Kaya always puts a smile on my face, despite me being overseas for so long. I dropped by and I dont even remember what I ordered but i was satisfied. I felt seen, heard, appreciated, and the atmosphere felt very nice. I look forward to my next visit!

Took forever to give me my drink. A lot of customers arrived after me and got theirs first. They messed up my order and when they gave me "my drink" it still wasn't correct. Had no lavender. It was just a latte. And the bottom had raspberry which was definitely not part of my drink. I'm pretty sure they gave me another cup. The barista had a bad attitude.

I usually have no problems at this place but I did come into this Starbucks the other day and the customer service wasn’t pleasant. They messed up my order and then gave attitude when I asked about it. I ended up settling for what I got because they weren’t going to help fix the problem. . It seemed like a slow morning so not sure where the attitude came from.

There’s an employee at this location named Tod. Every time I’ve been in he has a smile on his face, is very polite and I’m always surprised at how fast my coffee is ready. Tod if you get to see this I think you’re doing an excellent job sir. Keep doing what your you’re doing with that awesome attitude and it will take you a long way in life. Excellent job and I will be back.
