There deli department had so many issues that concerned me. The number of employees that were not wearing hair nets. It took twice as long for me to my food because it was like a high school party. The employees seemed to be focused on their conversations verse helping the customers. There were so many flies all over the area. It looked like so many things had been started and not finished. A company this large should take pride in their store and take care of the customers. I understand having a good time at work but you need to be professional.

Convenient large shopping mall with a wide variety of food and self-service checkout. We don't know how to use the checkout machine. The service staff is very kind to help us operate it. Thank you.

Today I went to Albertsons in Sherman Texas, i usually go to the one in Denison but since I’ve recently moved the one in Sherman is closer.
I’m disabled with PTSD and chronic anxiety so it’s somewhat of a task for me to do my shopping sometimes.
After navigating through a different store with different layouts I went to the checkout and started to go through the self checkout when I realized that I hadn’t added several items to my phone app to get the sale price so I asked the clerk if she would help me to check out then I said never mind I will just go down and get in line at the one checkout that was open so I didn’t slow down the line, that was a huge mistake because the girl named Andrea or something like that wasn’t happy with me when I told her that I had forgotten to add stuff on my mobile app and asked if she would deduct the price for me but she declined and said that they were encouraging customers to do it on their app, I told her that I understand but since there was already a line forming behind me would she help me, she stated that she would show me how to do it but that she couldn’t do it for me.
By this time I was very embarrassed and trembling, I told her that I knew how to do it but that I was disabled and very anxious so it would take me some time to do it, so while the line grew even longer she stood there watching me go my phone while trembling trying to find the app, needless to say I was to anxious to concentrate by that point so in near tears I told her that I didn’t need a class on how to do the process and that I needed help so I asked for a manager and the clerk that I spoke to at the self checkout came over (Ruth) and I tried to explain what was wrong and that I needed help not someone walking me through the process because I was to upset to do it so could she please deduct for the sale price because I’m disabled and having a hard time with it, she too declined and started telling me how to use my Albertsons Mobil app. I was apologizing to the people in line behind me as people were leaving the line, but they were both insisting that we go through my mobile app to get the discount, she finally took my phone and pulled up the app handed it back to me and told me that I needed to find the items that were laying on the counter and click on them to get the discounts I was trembling so bad that I said I can’t do it so she proceeded to take my my phone again and do it for me while showing me how it’s done. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated!! After it was all finished I stepped aside and I told her again that I was disabled and that it wasn’t right for them to treat me that way in front of other customers especially when it was obvious that I was having difficulties and that the Denison store always helped me when I was having trouble, she then stated that they do things differently at that store.
I asked to speak to the manager and she said the front end manager wasn’t there so I asked about the store manager when she replied no they aren’t here either. So I walked out in tears with my legs shaking and very humiliated .i had to sit in my vehicle for 30 minutes to get settled down enough to drive home. Why do people assume that when someone looks normal that they can’t still be handicapped! Or when you see that someone is obviously distressed show a little kindness

I highly recommend the meat market.
Every week I shop the sale price for steaks. Ribeyes this week are phenomenal. The meat department staff is very friendly. Best staff and store in Sherman.

I used to love shopping at this store but now it’s just horrible can’t find anyone to help you and if you they’re rude. If your a wic parent they don’t have half the stuff wic offers and if the do it’s horribly labeled. Also the fruit and veggies are gross and go moldy so fast.

I’m impressed! This is probably the cleanest Albertsons I’ve ever stepped foot in between Texas, Arizona and California. All the workers were extremely friendly and said good morning to me as I passed by. Not to mention, the gas station has the CLEANEST gas pumps I’ve ever seen! I wish it wasn’t so far from me or I’d do my weekly shopping here instead of the nasty Walmart I am forced to go to.

I had a great experience here that I would like to share. I decided last minute to host my nieces 2nd birthday at my house a week ago. I had not ordered a cake or decided what to do for a food option. I was at this location to pick up a prescription on Tuesday and decided to go to the bakery and see if they could do a bubble guppie cake like my niece asked for. The lady at the bakery went above and beyond to find the last set she could to make the cake. She even showed me a previous cake they had done for reference. She was so nice. Once I got home I started thinking about food and saw that Albertsons had party trays so I called the location and placed an order for sandwiches and fruit. Friday I get a call from the deli and a nice woman was calling to verify my order and make sure they had it right. I did end up changing what I ordered due to her suggestion and I was grateful she called to verify. Today I go in to pick it all up and I was blown away. Everything I ordered was perfect. Not only that I really felt like everyone there really cared about making it right. That means a lot. Especially because there are other options here in town. I will never again go anywhere else when I’m having a party. It will be my only stop from now on. The people at my party as well commented on how great it all was. Thank you to everyone in the bakery and deli here for making my nieces party so great. They all deserve a shout out.
