Had to send steak back under cooked. Broccoli was cold. Not cool. Cold. Baked potato was closer to raw than cooked. My boyfriend's steak had to be sent back because it was so tough you couldn't cut it. Got the check and were charged with three steaks. Manager finally came out after we asked for her. Took vegetables and one steak off the meal. The entire meal should have been on the house. Will not go back

if i could rate this place a 0 i could. low staff quality. for starters the food isn’t all that great. and second, i tried to work here and one of the employees was rude and incoherent. she was asked a simple question and started to back talk. as i asked to speak with a manager she continued to say i was trying to argue. never again will i eat here let alone apply here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place has definitely made some improvements! I was very satisfied with my dining experience. My server Whitney was the best!! Ask for her by name and you will get perfect service with a smile.

They just did not have it together. Our server hadn't been trained enough and wasn't very familiar with the menu. Amazingly we only ended up missing a side of fries which ended up being fine because they gave my mother in law fries with her meal which she didn't want (our server didn't ask what side she wanted when we ordered). My father in law ordered something off of the menu, and no one working there had any idea what it was. The bartender had to bring over my drink because our server had left it sitting on the bar for a good 5 minutes. It's unsurprising that it was basically empty when we got there and still fairly empty when we left. We didn't really have high expectations. We just needed a place that could handle a large group without lunch taking 2 hours.

Horrible place. Workers in uniform drinking at the bar being drunk and belligerent. Screaming and cussing. I had my two children and wife and was more than mad. All of the drama spilled out into the parking lot next to my car. Several guys arguing on one side of building and another group outside the front. This was a Tuesday night at 6 pm. Don’t waste time.

We came in and hit seated down and the waitress name Steven had a attitude from hell sorry the way it's feel then I ask a different waitress and her name was Whitney and she made our night a whole lot better even though he still give us dirty look when he walks by but if it wasn't for Whitney we would have walk out

Kimmy is by far the best bartender in this building, she is so cute and sweet and funny, she was very helpful, attentive, and was quick to take care of us the whole time we were sitting at the bar. Made constant eye contact, double checked our orders each time before putting them in, very pleasant experience.

Applebee's is good but I could only give it a three star due to the fact that it seems every time I go there my waitress spends more time with my husband than she does with me! Now don't get me wrong I'm not the jealous type however if they want me to keep coming back they better catered to me the woman now my husband! And I kind of feel like the food is overrated and overpriced! But All in all the food is pretty good. I know they have a real good margarita yummy
