Wings were ok. Fries were hard, cold, salty and horrible! Sweet tea was good. 6 people visited our table, not sure who our server was. So many TVs with so much sports, not a fan. The cost was outrageous for not so great anything. First and last visit.

As a member of the military, I take pride in supporting businesses that provide good service. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Sherman, Texas, was nothing short of frustrating and disrespectful. On May 16, I ordered chicken wings, and when they arrived, they were raw in the middle—completely unsafe to eat. I spoke to the manager, who assured me that I could come back in to have the order replaced. However, when I did go in, I was told that they would no longer honor their promise, leaving me without any resolution. To be treated this way—especially after being told one thing and then having it reversed—is incredibly unprofessional. I’ve always enjoyed BWW, but this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll ever return to this location again. I expect better from a brand that claims to care about its customers.

We had a gathering of about 12 people and a few kids for a gathering for work to watch the game everything went perfectly they kept the wings coming and we all had a good time

We went in expecting a good dinner, the chips were so hard we couldn't eat them and the wings and fries and sauce tasted so old I just gave up on eating dinner. And to top it off it was $54 for non edible food. Definitely will not be going back.

This is the SLOWEST restaurant in all of Sherman. Every single time I come here we wait and wait and wait for the food; every time I pick up a DoorDash here we wait and wait and wait for the food. It’s ridiculous, the waitress Jess would rather wipe counters and fill sauce cups instead of packing my to go order that’s been sitting on the counter for 8 minutes now. And the black dude in the kitchen window makes sarcastic comments and laughs at customers who are getting impatient so he clearly doesn’t care at all about customer satisfaction. Never coming back

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed—but you never would’ve known it by the way the staff handled things. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and seated much faster than expected, even with a steady flow of customers.
What really stood out was how smoothly everything ran. Our server was attentive without hovering and checked in just the right amount. Drinks stayed full, food came out hot, and not a single order was wrong—which is impressive with our group of 16 all ordering different things.
Big thanks to the kitchen staff for keeping up with the pace and getting every detail right, and to the manager who stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. You could tell the whole team worked together like clockwork.
It’s rare to see such consistency in both food and service, especially on a busy day. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

Despite it being incredibly busy on Father’s Day—as it always is—the staff went above and beyond for our large party. Not only were they able to accommodate all 16 of us, but they managed to get every order out correctly and on time, even during the dinner rush.
Truly, this was some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
A special shoutout to our waitress—though she mentioned she was fairly new, you never would’ve guessed it. She handled everything like a seasoned pro with kindness, efficiency, and calm under pressure. Major thanks as well to the cooks, who flawlessly prepared meals for such a big group during peak hours, and to the manager who clearly ran a tight and supportive ship.
The entire team communicated beautifully, stayed composed, and made what could’ve been a stressful evening feel smooth and enjoyable. Incredible work all around!
