I can't wait to see what they replace this place when they finally and well deserved go out of business. The carpet sticky dirty, tables dirty, service is horrible, hostess penalty if you don't want to sit in the bar instead of one of 20 open tables in the dining room. Chicken isn't always cooked thoroughly, 1 or 2 wings out of a batch will still be undercooked.

This is usually our go-to spot when it comes to Buffalo Wild Wings, but unfortunately today missed the mark.
We were seated pretty quickly and drink orders were taken right away. Drinks came out in a few minutes, but then we waited about 9 to 12 minutes without our server coming back to take our order.
We understand it was 12:30 on a college football Saturday and the place was fairly busy, but the delay made us more aware of everything going on around us.
There was a big sports team group on a time crunch and that seemed to throw the whole staff into stress mode. At one point, about six people from that group had just walked in and seated themselves without waiting, which created some tension. The “coach” of the group was pretty abrasive and you could tell he was stressed and questioning why They were at BWW .
When our server finally came by to take our order, I guess I unintentionally gave off a bad vibe when she asked if we were ready to order, i responded with saying, “We’d love to order.” It wasn’t meant to be rude, just eager.
Now the food… when it arrived, it was warm, but the kind of warm that makes you think it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit too long.
We ate it anyway. We’re not the type to send food back. Not that we thought anything would happen, but we just don’t take that chance.
We’ll probably give it another shot sometime, just with better timing and a less hectic day

The queso came out wrong. Asked for no pico no chili. Came with both. The wings were awful. Asian Zing and Spicy Garlic. The sauce is my favorite but the wings themselves were burnt and tasted as if they were sat out, left to get cold, and then reheated. Everything about this experience was bad. Wasted $60
Immediately got table. Waited about 30 minutes for my food and then another 10 minutes for my daughters.

BBW has changed their menu OR just their food. I ordered a chicken sandwich it was literally a kid size sandwich! It was like a frozen patty warmed up on a bun and super small. Worst sandwich ever! At a restaurant dine in you expect a decent size fresh sandwich. This one was the size of a McDonalds spicy chicken value menu and honestly McDonalds spicy chicken tastes better. So disappointed! Service was great, atmosphere good, but for what I spent in that sandwich there are a lot of other restaurants that will give me more for my money with flavor and freshness!

Came to buffalo wild WINGS for chicken wings. Funny I have to write that down. The menu does not have a single picture of chicken wings and almost hides the selection for wings. Waited 45 mins for 10 wings, food came out all separately and cold. When we finally got our burger, it looked like it was made with anger, bun was crushed and the meet looked like it sat for hours. We decided to cancel the order. I don’t know what is going on in the kitchen but it is in acceptable. Our waitress was trying her best with what she had but you can tell she was frustrated, I would be too.

I’ve visited this location several times and it’s always hit or miss, I’ve received decent service and terrible service. The staff mostly seem disinterested in serving but not all are like this, like they just need the money and you are there for them. The busy times during game day are a mixed bag of customers from arrogant loud or smart mouths and some that seem to know how to act in public.
