This restaurant has really gone downhill. We love BWW, it's our favorite chain. However this location has really gone downhill. It's dirty, poorly staffed and the employees seem completely defeated. Typically the good thing about a chain is the consistency. This location is so not what other locations are. Again, it's dirty. We didn't eat tonight, just had a couple of beers in the bar. Not sure we'll return.

Forst time going in and it was so good me and my uncle had a triple cheeseburger and that was probably one of the best things I ever ate and the lady that was serving us forgot her name but was wearing glasses and a dark shade lipstick was really nice and helpfull, really want to go back

Our waitress had a crappy attitude and when we asked for a new waitress she got really confrontational with my father in law. She proceeded to come back and ask for an explanation. At that point we just wanted to leave. While waiting for someone new we noticed the waitress telling a few of her co workers something and staring. We didn’t bother waiting for theappetizers and by the time we left the whole staff was staring at us. Went to city limit’s instead. Much better experience.

Absolutely great tasting food. Great drinks as well. Lots of TVs to watch sports. Throughly enjoyed my visit. Only negative I could say is the prices for the amount of food you get is kind of high. We had the boneless wings and they were about the size of chicken nuggets. Six wings did not fill me up and had to order another six. The days drink special was full price based on what others charge. $6.50 for a house margareta. It's not the place I could afford to sit and watch a 3 hour ballgame and eat and drink. I suppose that is the way of the world now days. If you have plenty of money to spend, you can enjoy yourself.We had some wings and a couple of drinks and our bill was $70 dollars, not including the tip. I usually go to Texas Roadhouse and have steaks for that price. Maybe I'm just too old and remember the good old days. They were the best tasting wings I've had. Bone appetite! Or boneless appetite!

I'm rating very well because our usual experience is great. But we went on a Tuesday recently and the service at the beginning was horrible. We sat there for 20 minutes before anyone came over to wait on us. They were not even busy. Only a couple of tables were filled. I'm just saying I've had better service on days they were packed.
