If you want cold fries and burgers this is your spot. Very disappointed in this location, the fries tasted like they’ve been out for hours and the burger too. I went through drive through and received my three meals within less than 5 minutes. I’m just happy I got my money back.

Dont advertise “ALL DAY” for burgers if you dont have your burgers ready. Told me they dont even have the broilers on and they would take 20 minutes to have the burgers ready. Very unsatisfied with this place. Also quit yours jobs while your at it.

Employees act like we're a inconvenience, no customers except for us, bathrooms were disgusting, toilet paper on floor in wades. Toilets look like a explosion in one stall 24 hours early. Had to clean other seat before sitting. Trash was flowing over, floors has sticky pop. Tables were all dirty. It's 3 pm and no customers. There is no reason this restaurant should not be clean. Health hazard if bathrooms are disgusting then so is kitchen. 4 people standing around, no costomers We walked out no food. People don't waste your money this store it is a health hazard. If you don't get sick from bathrooms, you will if you eat here.

They won't fill your order and take your money. I've been arguing with them over giving me my money over an unfulfilled order. But manager only wants to give me crowns. This is the fourth time they have not made my order. The kids wanted promo deals. I try every time and with this store it goes like this. No phone to call. They are never stocked up on items they need. The worker is usually a girl running everything and a cook in the back for the whole store. This is a sad situation. Sad to see a childhood restaurant go down like this one has. I would go to Denison location. They are more on top of it. Cleaner, stocked, better environment and management. Mind you they took $40 from me. Pay attention!!!!

I always go to a BK hoping that they don’t ruin it. They did it again. I just came from the one down my house and again, they screwed up the order. My mom ordered a whopper jr no cheese meal and they gave me a cheese burguer. In top of that it didn’t taste very good. Then the brisket in the whopper jr brisket I ordered was microscopic and wasn’t any good either and the fries were bland. I was starving and tired so I ate my meal but definitely the McD in front of them will have my business from now on. No more chances.

The worst location ever! Dropped my card out the drive thru and refused to pick it up. Didn’t understand the menu, forgot the sauce, just horrible. Don’t waste your time at this location.
Well this is the place I love the Whoppers and fries and drinks of course it's so good 😊 I recommend coming here but the bathrooms stunk but other then that the food was amazing and the staff was helpful 👍 but other then that the lobby was empty a lot when we went around 5:30pm before the hot summer nights thing but yeah y'all should check this out

Went inside to order about an hour ago. I was the only customer inside. Stood at the counter a while listening to the employee talking. I eventually just walked out and left. I guess I could have gotten service if I went through the drive thru but I didn't bother trying. May as well just keep the lobby closed if you can't get service from inside.
