everytime i come to this location i NEVER get sauces with my food. mozzarella sticks come with no marinara and onion rings come with no sauce. i guess it's a sherman thing because even the taco bell here messes up everytime as well, i am ALWAYS missing something lol. food is ok but i just want my sauces man. ugh it sucks

This was they nastiest place i been to in a long while. We walk up to the counter to order and the lady has her back towards us and is on her phone. Finally turns around, takes our order. We recieve our order and nothing is warm and way over sauced. Then she leans against the bot box where they place the food and gets back on her phone and has it turned all the way up so you hear her phone over everything. Another lady is 'acting' like she is mopping. The tables had food and stuff all over them, the bathroom smelt like 400 pissed all over the floor in there.

On 12/19/24 around 1150 hours, I went to the Burger King branch located at 1213 North Travis Street, Sherman, TX. 75090. I went through the drive thru and started placing my order. A female attended me and as I was placing my order, I had asked her if the sandwich had Mayo (Mayonnaise). She advised me that she was going to put Mayo, and I asked her multiple times if it had Mayo or not. I told her that I was asking if it had Mayo, I never mentioned I wanted Mayo. At this point, she start laughing loud and clear enough for me to hear her. I continued asking her if the sandwich had Mayo, and if so, I did not want Mayo. She told me to hold on. Eventually she came back to the intercom and told me to go to the front window. I proceeded to provide my debit card and she snatched it out of my hand. She took the payment and then left. Another female then proceeded to give me my food. I never got a receipt so I am not sure of the employee’s name, but she appeared to be younger than the woman who handed me my food. I then reviewed my food and advised that the white substance was Mayo. The woman who handed me my food, went back to the first female that took my payment, she called her “Jessie”. I am unsure if that is her real name or nickname. “Jessie” told the woman that the sandwich did not have Mayo. I took back my meal and ended up leaving. I felt uncomfortable and felt that the employees lack professionalism and customer service.

Went there today and it wasn’t busy in the drive thru or inside. I was missing one item and we had left the place by the time we noticed and lady didn’t give a receipt. First and last time I’ll ever go to this place!

Came by Xmas eve to grab a meal and the girl obviously didn’t like her job or want to be there, just stared and shoved my order out the drive through window

They gave my order wrong and fries have zero salt nothing, and the “kids” their attitude its just nasty wasted 30min for my order and food its bad and all messed up

Horrible experience every time I try to eat there. Maria one of the managers that works there is horrible. no customer service skills at all!! Maria got mad at me because they messed up my order and had the nerves to get fly at the mouth with me!! There is no 800 number to contact corporate be number online does mot work, so the employees think that they can treat people any kind of way. Most of employees there don’t speak English and don’t always have a clear understanding either. Burger King has went way down and I will not be visiting this location anymore. The so-called district manager, Orlando Selundine is no help or support and refuses to give out his phone number or speak to customers.

Almost always mess up the order. You cannot ask any questions about your order because noone speaks English... Went there Thursday because my daughter wanted a kids meal... Used the restroom... No toilet paper , no paper towels. Had to send my 6 year old alone out of the bathroom to ask them for t.p so I could come out. Checked the other stall and there was human feces in piles on the toilet and the floor smeared and it stinks so bad. This is absolutely ridiculous. And I couldn't even get the Spanish speaking workers to understand what I was telling them. This place is ridiculous

Had number 2. Double meat, it was outstanding. Some reason I was craving for Burger King, so I had to go and get a meal. Better than what I was thinking, it came out fresh and hot off the grill. Best burg I have had in a long time.

I've come from out of town. I'm at the DPS office and my girl and i decided to walk here to the burger King for breakfast. The sign says dining and drive thru open at 6am. It's now 6:13am. Doors are locked. There are 2 cars parked out front. I just saw a girl walk by and i knocked. She didn't even look at me
Update: Around 6:25 she did unlock the door and let us in. So she didn't completely butcher this visit for me
