I came to have lunch with my grandparents after church the food was excellent the atmosphere was superb and the service was ok but at least my order was correct the wait was kinda long but everything else was perfect definitely going again highly recommend to even the rich and famous maybe even the president of the United states

We had a Togo order, we were told our order would be ready at 6. My husband was there at 5:55. He waited for 30 mins before the food was brought out. I can understand a little bit but a misjudgment of 30 minutes is a little much. We ordered an appetizer trio sampler with tosses chicken tenders, cheese fries and chips and spinach dip. The chicken tenders were bone dry despite the note on top of the container that CLEARLY SAYS “CKN TENDERS TOSS HONEY HOT”. Also the cheese fries only had bacon on them, NO CHEESE! And not to mention our main dish was super salty. I normally don’t complain but this was just terrible. Do better

My husband and I were there the day after Christmas The service was awful The waitress wasn’t attentive at all She didn’t bring the croissants She didn’t bring the extra dressing for my husband salad until he was almost finished This was not our first time eating there I like Cheddars until the other day She didn’t ask do we need napkins or more to drink whether it be water or tea I won’t be back for a while

Food is pretty great, however while we were eating, the booth was dirty, not cleaned, and there was a giant cockroach that climbed on our table. I ended up throwing up afterwards and had a really bad experience. Normally, I enjoy coming to this place, but tonight was a really really bad experience.

We came in the late evening for a meal. Our waitress Isabelle was super. She was always attentive and filled our tea before it was emptied. Efficient, friendly despite being at work since 10:45 am. Well done. I had the smaller portion salmon and shrimp with bourbon glaze, rice, baked potato, and red beans and rice. My husband had chicken fried chicken and gravy, toast, red beans and rice, and a baked potato. All the food was excellent with generous portions. We got full and took our potatoes home for tomorrow. We enjoyed the beautiful aquarium and the fish. And we especially loved the fresh, warm, drizzled croissants served before the meal

Great service from Shannon today. Don't know what happened to the food, used to be great. It was just okay. There was a table with a screaming child and everyone in the restaurant had to suffer through it. Wasn't the restaurant's fault.

We really enjoyed the food and the service. Great food at a good price. For appetizers we had the Chips and Queso and the Wisconsin Cheese bites. For entre I had the ribeye and baked potato with broccoli casserole. So good. Will definitely return.
