The server we had was extremely rude & had the worst attitude She got my order completely wrong but unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home because I took my food to go They need to work on their customer service Now the manager was extremely nice and professional

You know, usually Cheddars is pretty great. It wasn’t very clean. I won’t say dirty, but all the doors were greasy. It wasn’t very crowded and it took forever to get our order. Then our drinks took longer. We shared chicken fried steak. Didn’t come with an extra plate. Had to ask…. It never came. Finally, the manager came and finished up our dinner. He did offer to comp our appetizer, which was nice but we said no thanks. Disappointed

Our waiter did not bring any croissants before our meal. We had asked three times and by the time we got our food and drinks, it defeated the purpose so he brought them in container to go.

There are three things I still love to come get. Unfortunately they don't have a good steak on the menu so my bf never wants to go. The food just isn't as good and service seems to have gone down hill. I'd love a makeover and get this place back to what it was.
