Brought a group of 40 adults and kids and the staff was amazing. Place was clean and food delicious!! We always stop here on our way home from church camp and the manager makes us feel so welcome. Highly recommend.

It was the first time I had been to cicis in years . The food was fresh and good . The bus boy or man was the rudist I have ever seen . His demeanor was just awful. My 2 year old grandson had ran into the arcade area so my son his father went after him . The bus boy varked at him fir having a slice of pizza in his hand then starred at our table like we were just raking to long . Thus was in the middle of the day so nowhere close to closing. Not only was he rude but his appearance was even worse . He looked like he hadn't seen a shower or bath in months . Not a good appearance for a food place . You could definitely tell he hated his job . Management should care more about the employees appearance if they are working in the public area . Also I understand rules but he was just going to get his child not to stay in the room . Maybe they shouldn't mix the arcades in food business and that problem with food being taking over by the arcades wouldn't be a problem . I mean isn't food the main business or is arcades where the money is . Overall I say this place is poorly managed .

This was my first time in Gainesville and at this location. The night managers were awesome! I don’t usually leave reviews for this chain, but this spot stands out. The entire team—from the employees to the management, good on you. I’d definitely come back again.

We chose this location for lunch on a school field trip. The entire staff was amazing! They welcomed our big group and provided exceptional service. The students LOVED all the food options and were treated with such kindness. Thank you CiCi's Sherman!

Cicis is the best and has been the best pizza buffet especially this location since I was a little kid.nothing has changed except recently they changed the tomatoes at the salad bar.no more cherry tomatoes sadly.but either way cicis is awesome.hopefully the manager sees this and appreciates a great review and me and my family will keep coming back for a great pizza buffet experience.would highly recommend to anybody who loves great food
