Brought a group of 40 adults and kids and the staff was amazing. Place was clean and food delicious!! We always stop here on our way home from church camp and the manager makes us feel so welcome. Highly recommend.
It was the first time I had been to cicis in years . The food was fresh and good . The bus boy or man was the rudist I have ever seen . His demeanor was just awful. My 2 year old grandson had ran into the arcade area so my son his father went after him . The bus boy varked at him fir having a slice of pizza in his hand then starred at our table like we were just raking to long . Thus was in the middle of the day so nowhere close to closing. Not only was he rude but his appearance...
This was my first time in Gainesville and at this location. The night managers were awesome! I don’t usually leave reviews for this chain, but this spot stands out. The entire team—from the employees to the management, good on you. I’d definitely come back again.
