My sister, Grandma and I loved the breakfast egg/sausage/cheese biscuit. The best we have ever had. I wish we had this in Branson, MO! We were only down in Texas for 2 days! We miss it! Absolutely loved that sandwhich.

Went in to get a drink and no one would talk to or help me. I think something was wrong with the register but after ten minutes of standing there with no communication I left and there were other visible upset customers. Just acknowledge I’m there at least.

Muffin and Mocha Pro are always delicious. Problem was service. Took me 4min **after** I got to the window to get my drink ( I didn't get the muffin this time). I had pre-ordered 2-3 minutes before getting to the window with their employee because there was another car in front of me. I didn't give a tip (I never do for drive-thru service anywhere), and I wonder if that was the problem. Usually great, friendly service. This time, employees walked past the window and just looked at me. Felt like a bug under a microscope.

They were outside in the rain taking orders! And the lady was so considerate. She made blocked the rain in my windwo with her umbrella and waited until I rolled up my window before walking away. I'm typing this while in the drive through line so I can't comment on their flavor yet but I'm already impressed!
