I really enjoyed getting strawberries, marshmallows, and Carmel mixed in my chocolate ice cream. The lady who helped me was very welcoming and patient with me as it was my first time there. I definitely recommend stopping in. The ice cream was melted after being mixed. I’m still giving 5 stars because it tasted awesome

Beyond terrible service, the customer is not right apparently. I’ve been to cold stone 100+ times in my life over the last 20 years at least. I know the flavors I like without needing to sample. I ordered two flavors and after I got my cup of ice cream I realized it tasted off. It tasted like one of the flavors was incorrect (and honestly my least favorite flavor) so I asked for a sample of what I intended to order to confirm. I was correct, the flavor in my cup and the flavor I was sampling/actually ordered were two completely different things. Though the colors were similar, they were also different. The one in my cup was very light and the flavor I actually ordered was darker. I politely asked if I could get the cup of ice cream remade with the right flavors. The person serving said no that what she made was was correct. She even said it probably tastes different because of the other flavor in there. Again, I know the flavors and I order this combo often and it tasted off. When I told her I just sampled to confirm it was not the same she said “no pretty sure it’s correct” and I said well it’s not. She did nothing to make it right. My bf ordered after me and I understand that the flavors could have been swapped or mixed up in her head but if you looked at my cup would see it was different. I was with my family and they all even agreed it wasn’t the same color. Then I verified it was a completely different flavor by sampling it so clearly she was wrong. I ate a few more bites and tossed expensive dessert in the trash because it was gross. Complete waste of $8 and going out of my way for a post dinner treat. Definitely regret tipping her as well!

This is not ice cream. I could taste flour and it was stretchy, like gum. It had bits of ice in it too. The chic at the register never spoke a word, just put her hand out for my card. Like where is the tap to pay or slot? Felt uncomfortable handing her my debit card. Anyway, someone else said it looked like the ice cream was melting and that's literally how it looked. We got 2 of the second smallest cups and a drink for $18.36. Fully disappointed. Nothing creamy about the product.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Nothing like being treated awful because you "placed an order " Apparently placing an order online 24 + hours in advance and paying for it is just a suggestion that I wanted that cake ? The girl at the counter told me it wasn't her problem ,to pick another that was $40 more than the $40 I already paid online. When I questioned her on why accept an order you can't fill she started yelling at me and my 6 year old in Spanish and called someone on the phone and continued to yell in Spanish. My card was charged twice almost $80 for a cake I walked out without because of her screaming! I got refunded only one transaction and still haven't seen the other, 6 weeks later ! Trash employees! Trash business!
Only giving two stars because my son liked his ice cream. The fudge one taste like it’s been refrozen several times with the amount of ice chunks I tasted. They wouldn’t give me an extra small bowl to put a small amount in for my 18 month old. Said they’d have to charge me for a whole amount more. At 7 bucks a bowl - I should be able to get an extra bowl if I need one. Toilets were digusting. Pee and poop stains and the store overall was pretty dingy. Will not be back to this location.

The store wasn't clean looking. The wall outlets were very dirty behind the counters.The baseboards under the ice creamwere dirty. The bathroom was dirty which reflects the cleanest of the store.

Worst one I've ever been to made 2 out of 3 of our ice creams where made wrong and when we asked them to fix it they said no and that's how we ordered it but we order it off the menu they have so it was no special instructions to it. Was rude the whole time we were in there and when we set the ice cream down to prove to them it was wrong they said we can't touch it or fix it. And refused to help us. This place charges to much for ice-cream to mess up this badly and not fix their mistakes or own up to it . And one ice cream tasted bitter like there was cleaning supplies in it and the girl replied with that's what you ordered and said we were lying when we said it was bitter and the whole group tried it and agreed it was bitter. Any other place would remake or fix the messed up food but I guess not here.
