Love DQ. However, you should read back orders because I didn't get a whole item I tried to order, and the blizzard was missing an ingredient I wanted added.
If the employee at the window can't hear 100% of what was said, ask for it to be repeated instead of getting orders wrong. 😕

I like the other dairy queen way better. The people and the food are way better. Also they still have specials that this DQ doesnt such as the brownie batter blizzard (my fav!!)

I saw the owner and manager act unprofessionally and rude to a delivery person. I also deliver on occasion for the same company, and the driver was correct with policy about not showing screens due to customer privacy. Not only were they rude, they threatened to call the police and she did not do a single thing to warrant such a threat. For my food being sub-par, seeing such a rude owner and employees, plus bugs being everywhere, I will absolutely not be returning. This place needs investigated by inspectors. This place is incredibly dirty and unprofessional.
