Very disappointed ordered for the first time here and my cherry dipped cone wasn't dipped good so it melted faster than I could eat it my chicken strip basket was way over cooked along with my mozzarella sticks and the soda was out of co2 or something so asked for sweet tea and it tasted worse than the soda

Went today 5/23/2005 at 1:30 ish with my kids. Stood at the register for about 10 mins. There was not but one customer in the store when we entered. Not a single employee said hello or we will be right with you, nothing. They just walked right past us multiple times. The girl in all black didn't say a single word. Another lady in red just scooped ice and walked past twice. Not even a word was said to us. The customer service has me not wanting to go back. The group behind us left also. I noticed all the cameras so watch the footage. 5 people walked out this day. That had to be $75 worth of easy sales out the door.

The staff is rude and dont really care about their customers.i ordered a m&m blizzard and I wanted chocolate ice cream. That is what I get every time I go and never have issues, but I normally go to the one on Sunset. They was closed this time so I went to the location on Lamar. They was very rude and said they didnt have tht. I responded and said yes you do bc I always order it. Then she started ringing something up. I asked her if there's a certain way I should say what I wanted. And she she responded, no, I got it. And so on....I will never go back to that location again. They are there for a paycheck and that's merely all. No appreciation for customer service at all.

1/14/2025 ordered my son a 4 piece chicken strips basket and the chicken strips were nothing but crunchy breading he wouldn't eat them so I tried 1 and literally almost broke my tooth biting it. I have never had DQ this bad in my life normally it's really good but this time it was horrible I had to go get my son something else to eat so had to spend another 10 at braums bc I didn't feel like driving all they way back bc I tried the chicken strips like half hour after we got them and he already devoured the fries and toast lol. Hopefully owner sees this and makes it right we normally go to this location every Saturday bc he loves the Blizzard's and chicken strips
