Called to place a school order and the woman answers and simply says please hold. Stayed on hold for 14 minutes and nobody came back to the phone. Hung up and called back and let it ring for 4min and nobody answered at all. Save your time and go to Loy Lake Rd location.

Absolute joke of a location. Orders are constantly burnt, sloppy, and look like they were thrown together with no care whatsoever. Quality control is nonexistent. Customer service is just as bad — excuses, attitude, and long waits to fix their own mistakes. Being handed burnt food and then told to wait another 20–30 minutes for a remake is unacceptable. If this is the standard, don’t bother ordering. Plenty of better pizza places that actually care, including the QT down the street!

Ordered the new cinnamon bites and the sauce was running out of the box into my pizza boxes by the time I got home (5 mins max). To my SURPRISE when I opened my box behold the cinnamon BBQ bites is what I received. When called the complain the manager wasn’t very friendly(wont name him on here) but the best they could do was offer me a credit for them. Idk how something that’s cinnamon even begins to get bbq sauce mixed in unless it was intentional.

The website gives u the option for extra sauce, meat, etc... why is it dominos can charge for it but never actually add it to the pizza. Worst dominos location, id recommend going to any other location, other than this one in sherman.

Their app couldn’t be less useful. I’m between two stores, so if I try to order delivery, the store that the app chooses (3260 HWY 75) just cancels my order and moves on.

Killer pizza, extra sauce and delivery time was way quicker than expected. The delivery guy was cool, good conversation about old guy stuff! Very pleased and will order again.
