Good coffee and good price. Definitely like the secret menu. Unsure why this location and each of the other locations I've tried so far are so slow. It typically takes about 20 minutes of waiting in line to get my drink, even when ordered ahead. Would recommend changes to the business model.

Went here for the first time. Very disappointed. Waited in drive through 30 minutes. Ordered a frozen coffee. Tasted like a shake not a taste of coffee in it. Will never be back.

Had trouble when they didnt give my correct change back and then when I tried to get it corrected it was and issue. Then it took forever for our order when I asked for my receipt the lady looked for it but then said she couldn't print it. And I went to ask another question and she walked away and no one else would speak to me at the window. They need adult supervision because they dont know how to count or print reciepts

I went out of my way to visit this Dutch Bros specifically for their holiday drinks, and I left extremely disappointed. They had zero holiday sprinkles available — for over 15+ holiday drinks that specifically advertise them. On top of that, they weren’t serving either of the two drinks I originally came for: • Jingle Nog Latte – Espresso & Holiday Nog with Soft Top® & Jingle Sprinks • Jingle Chai Nog – Chai Tea & Holiday Nog with Soft Top® & Jingle Sprinks
Both were unavailable. In 48 hours it’s December, so how do you run out of one of the main holiday ingredients?
I had to quickly pick a third choice on the spot, and it wasn’t what I planned or wanted. Average experience and not what I expect from a location gearing up for the holidays. Hoping they get their inventory sorted out soon.

We love Dutch Bros, but going to this location requires an hour of your time. I have really never seen anything like it. We go to the locations in McKinney and no problems, but Sherman is perpetually understaffed. I placed an order online 20 minutes early. I thought maybe too early, by when we got we still had to wait 30 Minutes! Wow. I wonder how much sales they lose by not staffing this location...I have driven off 3 times when we would have gotten drinks. I wouldn't have come back except I thought placing the order online would resolve the issue, but no. I should mention they are friendly. It is good tasting and I would say not expensive compared to other similar coffee shops. If it takes a literal hour get your drinks it's just untenable.

I order online to save time. Ordering online at this location is a joke. A lady walked up and ordered 5 drinks and got them before I got my online order! I won't be back. I clocked out from work and work 2 blocks away. I was clocked out for 23 minutes! I love their coffee but I'm done because this isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last.

Put in mobile order, went to pick up at walk up window, big line ahead of me with people ordering and paying, they all got their drinks before me, I checked on my drink and asked why they got their drinks before me, was told walk ups get priority over mobile orders because they don't know if people will show up or not, but I let them know I was here and still had to wait after walk ups were served, bad system, will not go to Dutch Brothers again.

This location stays super busy but its still the best one! The staff go above and beyond and have a great attitude, just really personable people! The coffee is always good and made as ordered. They also have food now! I hope they get paid well, they deserve it 💯.
