Be sure to add El Toro Mestizo to your list of regular family and friends lunch or dinner. The restaurant is pleasant and clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Best of all, the food is freshly made to order, reasonably priced, and delicious.

Absolutely delicious, and the service was second to none. Great authentic selection of meats, and I love the green salsa. I had the Huarache nopal special with lengua and egg on top. Huarache normally feels so heavy to me but the chef really hit it out of the park by serving on the cactus leaf. Really pulled the dish together and took it to the next level. Lengua was super juicy and flavorful. I didn't save room for dessert, but no worries! I took a flan to go and savored every single bite when I went home. I only wish I had known about this place sooner. I've been telling everyone I know to go!

Great little place I had the street tacos and rice they have an awesome flare with pieces of pineapple in the tacos I thought it wouldn't be good but it was superb definitely a must try place

The food was all so fresh and delicious! A nice departure from chain food Tex Mex. The flan was amazing and creamy. The owner was very friendly and helpful with the menu and he even re-warmed our queso for us when we got more chips to finish eating it. Very clean and tidy. Definitely a place to try!!!
