I have been to this location a couple times and if you LOVE slow, this place’s for you! I waited sooooo long for a sandwich today. There’s five employees and they’re literally making the sandwiches one at a time. I’ve waited 20 minutes. I imagine I’ll be waiting longer.

Ordered the auj us sub didn't get the dip and I love French dip I get it at Arby's all the time I just can't eat it without the the dip called manager said he'd mail a gift card been 2 weeks and never got anything sucks won't be back to place that treats customers like that

Ordered Philly steak foot long. Sign say caramelized onions and green peppers with Mayo or mustard. Said no Mayo or mustard. But they steam them with the meat. Yuck! But I gave them a try. First time there. Meat, onions and peppers were cold. Took it back up to them. They remade it and put a bunch of Mayo and mustard on it. They were not paying attention to what they were doing. To busy BS with each other. I didn't even bother having them remake it for the third time. Why do I want to have to try 3 times to get a sandwich right. The reason for the 3 star on atmosphere is the lady at the register was nice. Went to Jersey Mike's and got a good Philly sub. With caramelized red peppers and onions.
Wonderful Subs!! Love the Hook and Ladder. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I am a frequent visitor to the Sherman Firehouse Sub. I’m usually there at least 2-3 times a month.

I did not get the gentleman’s name but we came to eat tonight and my daughter a few chips out the bag and spilled them all on the floor, my fiancée asked for a broom to help clean it up and the gentleman said it was no problem and even offered to give her more chips but she would have just done it again lol. Im glad we have people like this still in the world!

Very dirty restaurant. Soda machine is nasty, dirty ice came out as well, every table us dirty, the floor is a mess. I mean obviously this place is ran by someone with lack of high expectations. I don't see why one would get a sandwich here and not just go to Jersey Mike's 2 minutes away and always on their A game.
