On Sunday the 17th of August I had called and placed a large order for my daughter's birthday party and the manager I believe his name is Kirby, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make shure we recived the best service eaven though it was very last min and they had started their lunch rush. I have been a long time coustomer and will continue to be.

My wife arrived at opening (10:30), we were ignored as the two employees walked around behind the counter. They didn't say one word, no I'll be with you in a moment or anything not one word. After ten minutes of watching them turn on the TV and writing stuff down on the back....we just left. I could understand some delay as you just opened but no acknowledgement what so ever. Total I don't give a hoot attitude !

I never leave review, but I have to say the Firehouse Subs in Sherman is awful! The last 2 times I ordered a sub there they have been completely wrong! I ordered a veggie sub and received bacon and cheese only. When I called they said they would mail me a gift card for the cost and never did. Today I tried again and received a piece of Swiss and some chopped pickles nothing else except deli mustard! Those were the add ons!!! They didn’t put anything from the veggie sub on the bread! Please check your subs before you leave because they definitely don’t care and they won’t do what they say and provide the credit they say they will. I just had to drive back to get my correct sub and the manager was rude about the whole situation!
Firehouse is my favorite sandwich place in Sherman. The food is great and the staff is always friendly and upbeat. Love their rewards program.

The only reason I ever order food from this place is because my daughter insists when it is her turn to pick the meal.
Every single time we make an order throughout the past year, something has always been wrong with the order, whether it is putting the 1 topping we requested them to remove due to allergies, or completely ignoring the order instruction. And it happens whether we order through the mobile or at the counter, so this is clearly training issue with the food prep staff.
It was just a small annoyance at first, but after 3rd consecutive time, I started trying to call the store to inform them of the error. Unsurprisingly, I have found that the never seem to answer the phone when this happens either, leaving no recourse but to make a 30 minute drive back to their store to get the order fixed.

Took my family here for the first time and had a very underwhelming experience. The staff was very unfriendly, one of them even giving me attitude for asking a simple question. The restaurant was dirty, and the bathroom smelled terrible of weed. If you spend 15 dollars on a simple sandwich meal, you would at least expect cleanliness and good service. Not at this location, and definitely won't be back.
