My wife and I order 2 small cone with cream . When we got our sno cone there wasn’t any cream . The lady was very rude about it. When we started eating our sno cone . The flavor of the sno cone taste very dirty like they used dirty water . Never will come back to this place again .

Horrible service. We were charged $4.00 for a cup of shaved ice and it wasn’t even full to the top! I had to tell my son to tell the person working to fill up the cup. Such rip offs. I will never go there again or recommend this stingy place to anyone ????

We went and purchased 6 snowcones today and the cups were half full and we had to throw half of them away because they tasted spoiled and sour. it cost is $30 for those 6. I called the phone number on Google maps and spoke with someone that said they were out of town and not there. I'm very disappointed with the product and the cost. We will not be returning.

I wanted to surprise my kids with a new and neat after school treat. So I took them to fluffycones...really cool place we nearly got one of each thing on their menu and everything was scrumptious..
