Decided to go through the drive thru for lunch today, and definitely regret doing so. First, the girl came on the speaker asking what I wanted before I even got to the menu board. Second, the woman at the drive thru had on very long artificial nails, which to me are a breeding ground for bacteria. When I looked in the window, not one person working and handling food was wearing any gloves. I don't want my food touched by their bare hands! When I got back to work with the fish dinner, I literally threw the whole thing out after just a few bites! The fish was overcooked, and both the fish and the fries tasted like they were fried in old old oil and left a horrible taste in my mouth! I will not be going back.

Service was great, but when did Grandys allow pointy head klan meetings at there restaraunt. I didn’t notice until I left if I had I’d go elsewhere.

Such friendly staff at this Grandy's plus the food was so yummy, I have missed Grandy's since they closed the one in Lubbock, I was in Sherman for business, I had the chicken nuggets & they were so fresh!! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!! 10+

Went to get breakfast and the lobby was empty but i stood there for a few minutes before anyone even came to the counter. When the person did come to the counter she just walked up to the register and stood there ... no greeting or anything! I was a manager at this grandys in the 90s ... this is NOT how it was then or how we were trained!
