Was the worst service I have ever had a an ihop. The staff was talking about half doing there jobs and how they don’t dump old coffee and how if the pot is still full who cares how long it’s been there.
The lady who took our order was good but it took way too long to get the food. I had ordered a bacon burger and got no bacon. Had to ask for the waitress like 4 or 5 times bc something was wrong.

NEVER AGAIN!! Sat there for an hour and a half (party of six). Drinks took for ever to come, food never came! Put cash on the table for the drinks (old coffee was left on the table) and left If I could leave no stars, I would have. People who came in 30 minutes after us,got their food

I would give ZERO if I could. They purposely mislead customers. Read your receipts!! I let the waitress list my options & she lied saying toast was one of the items. When I get my receipt, guess what? They charged me nearly $3 for it. They are more than likely doing this to 100s of customers.
I'll be calling Corporate on Monday & I got pics. The Manager did not care at all. Actually tried to say I was lying. I work for the Federal Government. Not gonna be risking my career making up lies over a meal. This guy has no control over his employees, that, or he encourages this behavior.

-1. Terrible place. IHOP should be ashamed. Service sucked we finally got up and left. They stayed huddled up back there bitching about the girl that called in. No one gave a shit if they had a customer. Not none of them. Sherman needs a Waffle
