I don't know what's wrong with the lady that works nights, but she's very rude. I don't know what happened with the other night crew, but I can't stand coming here while this woman is working. She's always rude, which I can overlook, but when she laughed at me spilling a huge drink she handed me, I almost lost it. This was around 1:30 in the morning, 7/24/25. I hope she doesn't last long here cause it's close to my house. But I'll drive over to the one on Texoma Parkway if I have to.

So our salads were wilted and didn't even have half the ingredients in it. When discussing this the service was poor won't be back anytime soon. And it was all a spring mix no lettuce again won't be back anytime soon which is disappointing since we likes this place before.

After ordering lunch for my guys here at the shop every single week for the last 3 years, today we had missing burger, fries and churros. So I call to let them know that there is missing food, the manager admitted to the missing churros but was adamant about all the food being there. I’m sitting there looking at the bag of food missing. No point in going back in forth I’ll order from else where from now

Very clean kitchen, the stainless steel shining and tge white cutting board very clean and the floor was clean great job you'll ?, thankyou for the monster tacos ? they were delicious, I've been munching on these tacos since I was a surfer boy ?♂️ in Huntington Beach California since the late 70's and Jack in the Box has been very consistent with theyre food, the tacos might be a bit greasy but what's a little grease " Mama Mia"!!! Go to taco bell thiers are pre maid come out of a ? or you can buy their tacos in the box at the grocery store stay home make em yourself,

I’m so mad it was extremely busy and had order and we live in bells so when we get home 1/2 order we paid for is no in the bag at all and kids were hungry and tried calling couldn’t get any one to answer at all I’m so. Mad !!
