Placed an order for 4 tacos and 1 regular fry at 10:47 am. Service at the window was better than the cold French fries and yesterday's tacos that were barley warm. Highly disappointed in food quality. Won't be back to this location. The lettuce just looks old....

I don't know what's wrong with the lady that works nights, but she's very rude. I don't know what happened with the other night crew, but I can't stand coming here while this woman is working. She's always rude, which I can overlook, but when she laughed at me spilling a huge drink she handed me, I almost lost it. This was around 1:30 in the morning, 7/24/25. I hope she doesn't last long here cause it's close to my house. But I'll drive over to the one on Texoma Parkway if I have to.

Horrible drive thru service. Can’t get anything out on time. Will not do custom orders. I asked for no tomatoes cause my wife is allergic and they said it come pre made we cant change it. Horrible customer service and i will not come back

The lady working widow Ana m was very nice friendly and was so sweet .
So our salads were wilted and didn't even have half the ingredients in it. When discussing this the service was poor won't be back anytime soon. And it was all a spring mix no lettuce again won't be back anytime soon which is disappointing since we likes this place before.

After ordering lunch for my guys here at the shop every single week for the last 3 years, today we had missing burger, fries and churros. So I call to let them know that there is missing food, the manager admitted to the missing churros but was adamant about all the food being there. I’m sitting there looking at the bag of food missing. No point in going back in forth I’ll order from else where from now
