There was a long line in the drive-thru so i went inside. There was a shorter line in there, but it still took too long since you have to order yourself at the kiosk (some people are not quick at that!), which I hate. I finally got my food. The tacos were cold and tasted like they had been cooked too long in old grease, then sat for awhile. The curly fries were barely warm and tasted the same way. Now I remember why it has been so long since I went there. I was in a hurry for a quick meal before I had to be somewhere. It was on the way and I was so aggravated because I didn't have time to go to another place. Never again.

I recently visited the Jack in the Box location in Sherman, Texas and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The lady working at the drive-thru window was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did she have a terrible attitude, but she also got my order wrong and refused to fix it. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and basic courtesy displayed by this employee. It's clear that this Jack in the Box location has some serious training and management issues that need to be addressed. Overall, I would not recommend this Jack in the Box location to anyone. The poor service and lack of respect for customers make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for your fast food fix.

I ordered a grilled cheese. I’ve ordered this many times at other Jack in the box. This today is not a grilled cheese. They slapped some cheese in between two pieces of bread and heated just enough to melt it. I will not go back to this location.
This is my new go to breakfast place, theres this and McDonalds open at 3am and i much rather eat here. The biscuits are buttery, its a real fried egg, and the service is good. I will admit sometimes I get the wrong item but I think it's their speakers fault not the employees. Also super cheap!

I ordered chicken strips, but they were not served hot. You could tell they had been sitting out for a while because they were hard and inedible. I also ordered a large drink and paid for it, but received a medium instead. Overall, this place has really gone downhill.really gone downhill.

This Place does not deserve any stars at all! My family and i were on a road trip and thought Theyd be able to help us out with a meal for the road. Went through the drive thru and the lady was rude and rushing us while we were ordering. We ordered tacos, and they tasted so awful and bitter as if the oil that was used to fry them was very black. I ordered chicken nuggets for my 1 yr old, and they were soo stale and hard as a rock as if theyve been sitting there for hours or maybe even reheated! I could not feed them to her at all. Last of all, my curly fries were just so stale and all I had was crumbs of them. Pictures just cant show enough. What a waste of our gas/ time and money.
