Not very happy with service asked to bring steak sub to counter so I could show what exactly I want on it. Ignored my request and just brought sub in a to go wrap. Very poor customer service went to sit down tables were dirty with crumbs still on them alot of people behind counter just talking no one paying attention that common area needed cleaning. Will not be comming there any more that is sad because I was a $500 a year customer easy. 1. Ignored request to put condiments on Mikes philly sub 2. Not very good service just yes or no, no smiles or thanks for your support 3. Common area not clean several table had crumbs and food on them.
Came in about 3pm two people were there eating they had five people behind counter you think some one would take inititive to clean the tables. Also hair nets to be require for those the dont get a short hair cut it should be required for those serving food.

Love love love the big kahuna...in a bowl...when the put jalapenos, even when they miss them it's good 😊 And their brownies must have something funny in them b/c they are AMAZING😋😉

I will never go here again. Who wants a sub that has a soggy soaking wet bun? Whose bright idea was it to make a perfectly good sandwich and then drench it with water and vinegar like a complete psychopath. I bet your commercials where you show that I'm dumping a gallon of liquid on every sub and then show it dripping off of it at the end turns more people away from ever going to your establishment. This is the most disgusting gross sub you could ever imagine possible on the planet. Regardless of what sub you choose, any establishment that has their foundation and wet soggy bread is garbage

Yuck. Husband and I had dinner at this restaurant. He ordered the Philly cheese steak and I the Philly cheese chicken. The meat was very overcooked and extremely under seasoned. Honestly, it was really, really gross. We spent right at $40. We could’ve had Mexican food… won’t make this mistake again! The staff was friendly and the place was clean, but we won’t come back.

I ordered the Big Kahuna chicken sandwich on rosemary bread And my husband ordered The Club Supreme sandwich. They chicken sandwich was rather bland ( however it was hot) The chips tasted stale. Considering this was the late lunch (2:30) it wasn’t busy but the dining room was dirty and there are greasy little handprints on the windows. There were enough staff that someone could’ve been cleaning the dining room and windows.
The GM had long hair not pulled back or with a net. *gross*. He was taking orders. Nobody was smiling or welcoming.
We tried this place one time shortly after it opened. , no distinct negative memories so we thought we’d give it one more try.
This was our second and last visit at this location.
As I write this the guy at the counter is staring off into space and others are just standing around.
Hope this insight brings about positive change.

C’mon…. Philly cheesesteak bowl is good but it’s inconsistent… One day it’s great, next time it’s barely enough food. Taste is always good but 3 bites one time and sometimes 10…. Sometimes 15… Get some consistency across the board and we may come back.

Just had our first visit to Jersey Mike's in Sherman and it definitely won't be our last! I ordered the Jersey Mike's cheesesteak, and it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Every bite was satisfying and hearty.
The staff went above and beyond, especially knowing it was my first time there. They were patient, friendly, and made me feel welcome right away. My wife had the turkey sub and loved it. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and great taste.
We were so impressed that we’ve already decided to use Jersey Mike’s catering for some of our upcoming parties. If you’re in the area and haven’t tried this place yet, you’re seriously missing out. Great food, first class service, and a place we’re happy to support again and again!

We waited and waited for Jersey Mikes to come to Sherman and they haven’t disappointed! I was born and raised in New Jersey and they are the closest it comes to a White House Sub here in Texas! We love all the options as well! Keep those cheesesteaks coming!
