Food was hot and quick however it was wrong. The man at the registered wasn't paying attention when he asked us to repeat our order 3 times... and it was still wrong. Then I'm standing at the counter waiting to ask for a box, the man that checked us out ignores me twice before a nice man came out of the kitchen to help me. He honestly seemed like the only one there that was competent. And the bathroom was disgusting.

My wife and I love the chicken sandwich, wish they were open 24/7. The drive thru is a joke half the time, went there today and the lady was only taking care of 1 person at a time.. 4 cars in line & we were the 3rd car in. It took 30 minutes to get around and threw the line.

I ordered the value pack for 33.99 and I ordered 2 taco bell classic meal for 5.00 each. I also ordered a classic bowl for 4.49 which I did not receive. I tried to call 5 times and no one answered that's why you got this review. You owe me 4.49.

I get really tired of coming to a Kentucky fried chicken just to be told that they don’t have any fried chicken. It happens more than necessary and to stop making early is ridiculous. Other times they just dont want to cook it.

Grandson picked up our order and 2 diners and only received one . Paid for 2. We live 16 miles away so I called 3 days in a row . No one answered . Went to voicemail . It said they would call back. Still waiting.
The double down was advertised to start today yet when i went in to order it they said that they werent going to serve it till next week which was very disappointing considering thats the only good thing ive ever had from kfc. Very disappointed and hoping that they dont let me down again.

Ordered 8pc bucket at 3:00 pm today. All the chicken was old. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Mashed pots bland gravy is watered down.Waste of money !!!

This is the 3rd time coming up a little after 10 am and the sign says it opens at 9 am the door is always locked and the staff will just look at you and be on there cell phones and walk away even if you try to call the store they won't answer even though I see the staff in the store this is very unprofessional and I don't see why the main manager won't do anything about it guess I'll be calling corporate cause this is non since and I only gave one star cause it won't let me leave 0 stars
