Seated immediately around 530 before dinner rush. Waited an hour and a half and never got our food! Pretty confident we saw other waitresses giving our plates to other tables. Our waitress was not very attentive. We ended up walking out...hungry and unhappy.

This place is the best steak house around. The steaks was cooked exactly how we asked and everything was amazing. Great atmosphere and nice place to spend a dinner evening.

Wish I could give zero stars. We haven’t gone to Logan’s in years since we have had Texas Roadhouse in Sherman so we decided to try it out tonight. Pull up with a pretty empty parking lot and seen there was a bunch of open tables. Hostess said the kitchen was backed up so even though there was PLENTY of seating it would still be an HOUR wait. Excuse me? We said no we are not waiting and she immediately said “have a good night” like it was no big deal. You would think on a SATURDAY night that you would be on top of it. I wouldn’t be surprised if Logan’s closes its doors soon and we won’t be trying it again. I now remember why we haven’t been there in a long time.

It's a great place to eat. The fresh rolls are amazing. I like chicken so that is my preferred meal. They have an 8.99 menu that is of decent size so you get filled and a good variety. I love the fact that they have sweet potatoes. There are only a few places that do. The chips and queso is a great starter.

My daughter and I showed up at closing time and we were given the same service as when they opened! Food was truly amazing, steak is beyond description!! We thank you for serving us when y'all wanted yo go home!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER. It took the waitress almost 5 min to get our drink order. Then it took her another 15 minutes just to ask us if we were ready to order. Mean while a couple who came in right in front if us who was being served by our server already had their drinks as well as bread. When my wife asked to see the manager our waitress seemed annoyed we asked. The restaurant was not busy at all. There was maybe 9 tables that were being used. I will not be coming back to this location.

Worst experience ever! We had the rudest waitress I have ever experienced. She berated us and yelled at us. It took her 45 min to even acknowledge we were in the restaurant. We ended up going to the manager who waited on us personally. On a Saturday night they were out of filet . It took us over 2 hrs from the time we walked in to when we walked out! Never again will we go to the Sherman Logan's! I would give it negative stars if I could.

Got there at 2:11 and finally got our food at 3:20. There wasn’t many people there so idk why our service was slow. Waited bout 10 mins for a refill on tea. And had to ask for plates and silverware when we got our rolls.

Waitress with an attitude who spent all of her time at another table sitting and talking to them. Didn't check on her tables. Slammed down a Caesar salad as she was walking away, without a word to us. Steak was super overcooked but couldn't get her attention to correct it. Wrong items(fries) were brought out but not replaced until we were halfway done with the rest of the meal. We were hoping anyone would ask how we were doing or check to see if the food was good, which I've always expected and experienced at other places, but not. And the place was dead...... Will not return.
