Drive through, usual order, number 2a large fries medium coke. Drive through Window, the guy was distracted, and he never said thank you. Second window, the lady hands me a sprite instead of a coke. I told her I had a coke. Now, the disgruntled look gets a coke that isn't even close to full. I'm asked to pull up in front of the car in front of me, waiting. I do not complain about the coke. No spit in my food, thanks. The burger was great, the fries hot, no ketchup, McDonald's never ask you if you want any condiments, EVER!!! Oh well, it is McDonald's, right? I usually give each a second try. So I'll go through again this week. Maybe for lunch?

It is 49 degrees outside, and the AC is blowing inside. I asked two people if they can turn the temperature up and they said no. It is a franchise owner thing. It’s almost like they don’t want people here at all.
I love hanging out with my family here but after months of this constant issues maybe it is worth bringing it up.
Depending on how busy people are they ignore you at the front window to ask for any type of condiment.
Even if there is a line of people waiting.
The soda machines are not turned on for customers to refill their drinks and they make you wait for someone to be available to get it for you.

I just have a growing issue with the way they do the drinks. The make you go to the counter for all drinks and every location they do, the drinks are warm and flat and watered down. I am 99% certain they’re diluted with water. Until they put the drinks back in the lobby this review stays.

Just moved to Sherman about a week ago, was really craving an ice coffee so figured we would give the McDonald’s a try, downloaded the app and did a mobile order. I then parked and waited for my food to be brought out to me, I should have canceled my order when I noticed they were pulling every car forward, bringing food and having to turn around because something was wrong. Watched 4 cars back to back have things missing and the food runner was having to go back and forth. So I knew when my food came out I needed to check my bag. When the food got to me the sweet tea was over flowing and sticky all around the outside, no napkins in the bag and was missing my fries. Went back in and after waiting a bit someone helped and corrected it, figured oh mistakes happen. When I got home (5 mins away) I was very disappointed, my ice coffee had no French vanilla in it, my deluxe QTR pounder wasn’t a Deluxe, the food tasted like the burgers were pre made an hour ago, buns were stale and McChickens were super soggy. Quality control is not on this restaurants priority list

This is the worst McDonalds ever it took me over 10 minutes to get service and a heavyset lady manager with a macroon shirt on looked in my face several times and not once did she acknowledge me when i requested someone take my order. Is this the type of behavior that the Owner Operator suggest that their managers be rude to the customers?

This McDonald's has the sweetest person working here. Lillian was so helpful and so kind. She deserves a raise they need to keep her around. Thank you Lillian 😊😊

Food was good, however one employees rudeness stood out in particular. I'm not usually one to complain but my wife was very upset about the experience. We had ordered our food, and received everything in a timely manner, however when my wife went to the counter to ask for BBQ sauce. There were already 2 ppl waiting for other things that were complaining abt the wait time. There was a food runner, who was blatantly ignoring the waiting customers, one woman was practically yelling at her to be helped, however, was ignored. It finally took my wife to yell at the back to a manager that nobody was being helped. I will state that it seemed the Mgr had a talk with the employee after the incident, but my wife said this particular employee tends to do this a lot, and she avoids this McDonald's in the mornings to mid day bcuz of it.

Sign out front says open 6am. We show up at 7:09am and the doors are locked. A employee sees us and walks up to say go away. Finally a manager comes, after talking to another employee for a few minutes in front of us, and tells us they are short staffed. That’s it. Even though we counted four people inside. They only cracked the door and said only the drive through is open. When I told them the sign says 6am they just said that doesn’t matter and they walked off. Very unprofessional. There was no sign posted saying lobby was closed. They just didn’t want to open the lobby.
