Things have been shrinking more and more and today the McFlurry was half empty. Gonna have to ask for half my money back in the future at this rate.

Tell me why I report that there is human feces in the bathroom and they completely and utterly ignore me My daughter is a cancer patient and I couldn't even take her in that bathroom with how nasty it was and they did not seem to care at all about the conditions of their bathroom because they were so busy and I know by state health law they should have stopped what they were doing at least one person to go clean that bathroom and then not take a half hour and me make a scene in front of everybody to get them to go clean that bathroom for the health and safety of others. The African manager with the afro and the purple shirt was completely and utterly oblivious to the situation for a good half an hour when that should have been an immediate situation to get handled due to the health of the public I had to get somebody who knows the owner to help me out with that situation it is obvious it is sat there for a few hours The feces appeared to be dry and somebody else had let me know about three other people let me know that they had already made it known to management and nothing had been done and they were already there for a good 25-30 minutes before I got there so please do expect a call to the health board.
Date of incident is August 16th between 1:00 and 1:30 p.m. praying higher up see this review because the way the manager handled the situation and completely disregarded me and so did her staff should be embarrassing to the company and especially to the owner of this franchise

I usually go to McDonald's my frappe in a little breakfast before I go to work. Just recently I started going to the McDonald's that's closer to my job the system is always rebooting there know need to go back I guess QT going to my stop since it's right next door to it

It’s always “go to the 3rd window” and never “here’s your order”. 😂😂 whatever you do, do NOT choose curbside pickup at this location.

This location is a hit and miss on the quality of their food an customer service. I’ve noticed if you go in the morning it’s way better than the night crew. Plus it always smells like sewage over here hopefully they get that fixed.

I ordered a sausage McGriddle, sausage egg & cheese McGriddle, and two hash browns on the app and had it for curbside at Texoma parkway in Sherman. (Keep in mind it’s only 4 items )As I arrive the app crashes and tells me to proceed to drive thru or counter pick up to get my order so I decide to go to drive thru since I was already getting it on curbside. When we get to the widow my husband explains the issue to the first person and the guy looks at my husband as if he didn’t just get done explaining the issue and tells us to just go to the next window. We go to the next window and again my husband explains what happened and once again the young lady looks at my husband like he wasn’t making any since!? She then tells us to move up to the third window and a manger would come talk to us. I’m frustrated but we go ahead and move up because we understand things can happen. We are sitting for 20 mins and cars are just passing by with orders being handed to them and no manager comes by only an employee passing by us like we weren’t jus waiting there and hands out other orders who have been waiting 3-5 mins . At this point it’s been 40 mins so I blast the music to get someone to come to the window so we can get our food and finally the employee comes and ask us what we ordered , messed it up twice for being in such a rush (which they weren’t busy) and told us they found our order just sitting there, apologized and handed us our food. Not even once did the manager appear but I guess you can’t expect much out of McDonalds.

Shouldn't have to wait over 30 minutes for food in the drive-thru. Then having the food completely wrong
I placed an order through the mobile app for curbside pickup and arrived at the restaurant. When I selected my spot, the app glitched and sent my order without the spot number. No big deal, so the app tells me to go inside and tell someone at the counter what happened. I go in to an empty counter and a lady going back and forth front of house back of house. As customers walk in and approach the counter, even though I’m clearly standing there waiting, the lady doesn’t even acknowledge me and instead turns to greet the customers. I point out that I’ve been standing and waiting for help and I’m told I need to be in the order line not the pick up line. Uh… what? The lady who is working up front rudely says “yeah I’m working on it”, proceeds to help everyone else then try to tell me I maybe sent the order to the wrong restaurant because she couldn’t find it. I then had to slowly explain to her what happened, which I tried to do initially, before she rudely dismissed me in front of other customers.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE MCDONALDS.

Always suggest the strawberry banana smoothie! And that drink is generally available any time off day or night. Unlike shakes that are not available after mid night!

Zac is the only employee I can say from experience who enjoys this job and is attentive and professional. I hope he is on his way to upper management because he lives the culture of customer service. As for the crew in the back, what is so hard about making an iced coffee that isn't essentially a glass of iced milk? Get it right already or take it off the menu. I waited at the counter while workers wandered by avoiding eye contact. I was never greeted. I called the store phone and saw it was unattended by the pickup counter, just ringing and ringing, there was no answer. Look to the back, and the managers are all standing about yapping in the windowed office.
