Can’t rate the atmosphere because I had delivery. I didn’t rate it very well on DoorDash only because I didn’t receive an item so I can’t really say what the guacamole tastes like and the chili rellleno was bomb.
Homemade corn tortillas were nice and the beans and rice fabulous, I visited the restaurant and it was quite charming, perfect atmosphere for the food that you get and the huevos rancheros were delicious

La Ranchera in Sherman, TX, offers good Mexican food but has been inconsistent lately. I recently ordered takeout, and while the service was understandably slow due to the high number of customers, the quality of the fajita mixta was disappointing. There’s been an increase in onions compared to meat, the flavor has been bland, and the dish often includes only about five shrimp, which feels underwhelming.
