Yesterday I went for the first time ever and the lady taking orders at the front didn’t engage with me and kept speaking Spanish to her coworker. I felt like an inconvenience to her and her conversation. I went there because that’s what my friend had suggested and honestly in surprised he suggested there now. needs way better customer service. Blew off my sons 18th bday for 4 days refused to say they could or could not do the order instead leaving my messages open and read and not responding for days and then telling me there is plenty of time and then still not ever responding by the day before leaving me less than 24 hrs to try to find specialty donuts. will not ever come back.
