We ordered a birthday Bundt for our granddaughters sweet 16 and it was wonderful. So fresh and was one of the best cakes we have had. Big hit for 15-16 yr olds.Best atmosphere in the shop and very friendly. All around best experience.

Was so excited to see this chain come to Sherman. I used to go to Frisco just to get these cakes and they’re just as good at this shop. Unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer experiences here today. Shianne (at least that’s what my receipt says) put in my order and miss heard me so she rang up more than what I had ordered. Mistakes happen and I was not bothered but she clearly was. After a bunch of eye rolls and hand flaring she told me she’d have to tell her manager. I told her I didn’t mind speaking to the manager. She made us wait, whispered with another employee about the situation and when she finally went to get the manager she clearly took her time to say her side of the story to the manager in the back. The manager just fixed my ticket. It could’ve really been that simple. I’m not sure if the manager knew how rude Shianne was so I decided to write this review. Sad but looks like I’ll be taking my business for this chain back to Frisco.

I was there yesterday and bought a few little cakes to try. They were so delicious wanted to go back today for more. But was super sad that they were closed. I sure will be pulling up tomorrow to get my cakes.

Today at no fault of the store, my order was messed up. 100% on me and the website. The wonderful cashier (Briana? I believe) was quick to offer a solution and was so apologetic even though it was not their mistake. She was so very sweet. The manager had me a new cake in less than 10 minutes and the super sweet cashier even walked them out to my car for me. Such wonderful customer service!! We are so lucky to have them in our area!

My wife and I got here a few minutes after the staff had locked the door. We were bummed out that we got there after they closed. The manager came to the door and unlocked the door so my family and I could look at the cakes. The staff there was super friendly and eager to help us out. Great customer service. I can't wait to go back and get some more cakes.

Went there Saturday everybody was very friendly we got a Red Velvet and a Strawberry both were great VERY moist and definitely will be back.
