This used to be the good Olive Garden, not so much the last few times. The staff is overall friendly, hostesses are always nice and chat on the why to the table. Our server was fine, prebused and made sure my husband had tea. But the breadsticks…WTH Olive Garden!? They are cold, no butter and seasoning on them anymore, hard. I heard my husband tapping his bowl when I looked up to see what he was doing it was a breadstick he was tapping on the bowl, seriously. I’ve e attached a picture of the lettuce cores that were in our salad. I get it y’all go through a ton of lettuce a day, but could we at least pull out the golf ball sized cores?

I would never find myself eating here ever again. The food isn't good, it's was way too salty and cold. And some of the employees in there are js horrible, nd don't get me started on the manager. Honestly, it has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had before. Never again.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars; however, the service last night was horrible. The time before last night the heat was out in 1 section and cold air blew on us the entire meal. Last night I requested a table where the heat was working or not under a vent and the hostess acted like she didn’t understand the request, a server had to explain it to her again with attitude. The server was downright rude, never came back to check on us throughout the meal, and acted like it was a problem we showed up 2 hours prior to closing. The breadsticks were hard and when we let somebody know we were informed no more breadsticks will be made since they were closing. We only got 1 bowl of the unlimited sauce despite requesting more multiple times. When the check came with my to go box, he refilled our drinks and then we didn’t see him again. This is the absolute worst service I have ever had at this location! We miss Randy White, when he was there the service was so much better!

Just ordered soup to be served when my parties entrees were served. All were served except me, asked that fresh bread to be served with soup. It wasn't and my soup was cold.

The first time, I did get so disappointed,cold soup, and no salad due to the snowing server shortage ,I understand, but why do they serve cold food .. Just left everything on the table and left.
Manager was so nice and helpful.

I found dead small roaches in my seat. Carpet is dirty too. I immediately lost my appetite. This place is so dirty and the service is horrible. Do not recommend. The manager doesn't seem to care of you complain about the issues and cleanliness of the restaurant. Sherman Texas location needs an inspection asap.

Simple order to go…spaghetti with meat sauce and a bowl of pasta fagioli soup. I received a text message that it would be ready in 25 min. As the time would be 4:15, and the parking lot wasn’t crowded, I fhought things would go pretty smoothly. I wait. Finally, at 4:25, I ask one of the delivery girls if she has an idea of how much longer my food is going to take (as we all know, what I ordered should have already been cooked and would have been a matter of serving it. A few minutes later, it comes out. I drove around the corner, parked and pulled it out of the bag. The spaghetti was cold, meat sauce semi-warm but not hot enough to serve…same applied to the soup, and the bread sticks were not hot either. Obviously the food had been served up earlier, the staff had just ignored bringing it out, and no…they were not that busy in the To Go spaces. The food is usually okay, but if a single order just doesn’t rank, then the next time friends are suggesting places for dinner…I’ll use my veto on this one.

I went to dine in alone since I was traveling I just wanted to eat and rest. The lady Elaine or Ellen can't remember but I said it's just me. She made such a very smart remark like aww that's a shame. Well I just decided to just get it to go. I felt very disrespect in her voice. Just seat me with no comments.

Went in with a gift card code from my credit card as a reward, a method that I've used at another Olive Garden with no problems. However, through apathy or ignorance, management didn't feel like helping me use it. They already had my money from the gift card, but was set on me paying again. I hope the extra $25 was worth what would have been a frequent customer. Would NOT recommend paying $50 for a single hard lasagna like I did lol. I left feeling swindled more than anything.

The in house Service was exceptional. Candace was our server. Great service. But our to go orders were very poor. Order make your own Pata, maybe a Couple of tablespoons of sauce. Very dry. Our Chicken Gnocchi soup ? 2 tiny chunks of chicken and one dumpling. Nothing like I've ever had. Kinda pathetic. So now I'm leary of Ever ordering take out again. Really disappointed.

Got a party sized salad to go and it was perfect
