Lovely surroundings great staff however its gone very expensive and portions have halved. I had the chicken skewers which used to come on a tall metal skewer with at least 10 large cubes of meat on. Then it changed to skewers laid down on the plate but still plenty of meat. This time i got ONE very small skewer with only a few pieces of chicken. For £18 I was disappointed. Shared a bottle of wine with friends and went home hungry and £30 worse off.
Visited for lunch today. Decided to be festive & ordered from the Xmas menu. Staff very friendly & efficient. Food arrived quickly & was delicious. Classy & comfortable environment, & spacious area between tables. The main negative was that volume of the music. It was so loud you had to shout in order to have a conversation with each other. I politely asked twice if the music could be turned down slightly, but appear to have been ignored. Heard other diners...
